Toyosu Ramen
Today I am visiting Toyosu by myself.
I decided to eat dinner and have some drinks before heading home, so it was my first time in a while.Toyosu Ramen” I decided to visit.

The last time I visited was in August 2024, so this is my first visit in about half a year.
I visited around 21:00 on a weekday (Friday) and was able to enter the store without waiting, but the store (especially the table seats) was almost full.
The location of this restaurant near Toyosu Station is good, and as the name suggests, you can eat ramen here, but you can also drink alcohol as they also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and snacks.
Toyosu has few restaurants and ramen shops where you can drink, so it seems to be crowded around this time on Fridays.
Naniwa Tomoare was able to enter the store, so let's order.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) (590 yen)” I asked.
You can choose the brand from Asahi or Kirin, and I ordered Kirin.
The first beer of the day is delicious.
Reba Nira Itame (Stir-Fried Liver and Garlic Chives)
Next is “Reba Nira Itame (Stir-Fried Liver and Garlic Chives) (650 yen)”.
The stir-fried dishes are stir-fried at high heat using a wok, so the chives and bean sprouts are both crunchy and delicious.
The liver is delicious with a strong taste and no odor.
It's a satisfying snack.
The service speed is quick, only 2 to 3 minutes, so the good thing about it is that you don't have to waste time just drinking beer.
Tantanmen (Spicy Sesame Ramen)
I continued eating and drinking, and when there was about 1/4 of the food left, I ordered the final dish.
The famous ``Tantanmen (Spicy Sesame Ramen) (970 yen)”.
It has bean sprouts, bok choy, meat miso and a small amount of green onion.
Soup
This restaurant's Tantanmen (Spicy Sesame Ramen) soup is characterized by its sour taste! I was thinking of saying that again this time, but I was changed to a type that definitely feels spicy.
The sour soup was also good, but this time's spicy flavor was generally more delicious.
I think people will have different tastes if it's more sour, but I think this seasoning will appeal to everyone.
However, there must be a certain number of people who like sour flavors, so I wonder what they think. .
Noodles
The noodles are medium thick and have a sweetness similar to egg noodles, with a springy and chewy texture.
I don't think the noodles have changed from last time.
Impressions
The bill was 2,210 yen for Bin Biru (Bottled Beer), Reba Nira Itame (Stir-Fried Liver and Garlic Chives), and Tantanmen (Spicy Sesame Ramen).
I ordered what I wanted without referring to the previous blog, but strangely the menu was the same as last time.
Even when I haven't introduced them, when I look back at the photos, I see that I've ordered almost the same menu, so next time I'd like to order something different than the snack menu.
It was a shock to see that the taste of Tantanmen (Spicy Sesame Ramen) had changed, but it's a change in the direction of deliciousness, so let's accept it favorably.
It may have been a coincidence this time, so I'd like to check how it tastes when I visit again.
I would like to visit again in about six months.
It's close to Toyosu Station and has long business hours, so you can come here for everything from meals to drinks, so please remember this when you visit Toyosu and become a food refugee.

Menu
There is also a wide selection of ramen and tsukemen.
We recommend Tantanmen (Spicy Sesame Ramen).
We also have a wide variety of snack alcoholic beverages and snack menus.
There is also a set meal menu, so you can of course just eat without drinking.
