I somehow wanted to eat some grilled motsuyaki while I was out, so before I got home, I decided to...Beniton Tokyo International Forum” I decided to visit.
The shop is located under the elevated railway between Yurakucho Station and Tokyo Station, and is located on the front alley rather than the back alley.
So, I think you can easily get there if you use a map app from Yurakucho Station or Tokyo Station.
I visited on a Saturday around 17:00 and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Since I was alone, I was guided to a counter seat and started ordering right away.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) (715 yen)” I ordered.
The only brand available was Super Dry.
It's a large bottle, so the price is reasonable.
Specialty Gatsu Pon (Pork Stomach with Ponzu)
Next, there is a menu that appears to be a speed menu.Specialty Gatsu Pon (Pork Stomach with Ponzu) (253 yen)” I ordered.
As expected, it was delivered in about a minute after ordering.
It has no odor, has a crunchy texture, and when you bite into it, you can really feel the flavor.
Kashira
You can choose between sauce or salt for the skewers.

The skewers arrived about 5 minutes after Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) and Gatsu Pon (Pork Stomach with Ponzu) arrived, so I think they were served quickly.
If the restaurant is crowded, it may take a little longer, so it might be a good idea to order one item from the speedy menu just in case.
Harami

This is also juicy and the meat has a strong flavor.
I think this is better if you are looking for a more meaty feel.
Nankotsu (Cartilage)

The chunky Nankotsu part and the chewy intestine part are alternately skewered.
When you chew on both, you can really taste the flavor, but you can also feel the fat in the intestines.
It's great that you can enjoy a variety of flavors with one skewer.
Shiro (Intestine)

I didn't feel that much fat, and when I chewed it, I could taste the flavor.
Impressions
It's a quick drink, so that's it.
The bill was Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer), Gatsu Pon (Pork Stomach with Ponzu), and 6 skewers, totaling 2,024 yen.
The amount for 2024 (year) turned out to be an unexpectedly high amount (lol)
I feel like I ordered a bit too much Otsumami (Snacks), so since the skewers are served quickly, I thought it would be a good idea to either omit the Gatsu Pon (Pork Stomach with Ponzu) or reduce the number of skewers by about 2 and drink it for around 1,500 yen.
Although it is a chain restaurant, the quality is quite good, and I was able to satisfy my craving for grilled motsu.
There are many yakitori and one-dish dishes on the menu, so I think you can enjoy some variety.
One thing I'm curious about is whether smoking is allowed inside the store.
There were some people smoking, but the inside of the store is quite spacious, so I didn't really notice the smell of cigarettes this time.
I think you'll feel really bad if you're sitting next to someone, so if you're not comfortable with it, I think it's best to avoid it.
I think this is a valuable restaurant in the Yurakucho-Tokyo Station area where you can drink alone or with multiple people.
