Tachigui Sushi Hinatomaru Gransta Yaekita Shokudo
『Chuka Soba KyorakuAfter eating at ``, I headed to Bic Camera in Yurakucho.

After getting the questions I wanted to ask and getting a quote, I headed out for dinner, although it was a bit early.
There are many shops under the elevated railway line between Yurakucho and Tokyo Station, so I was wondering which one to go to when I was walking and ended up at Tokyo Station. .
I usually focus on the Yaesu underground shopping center at Tokyo Station, so I thought I'd try the first floor, which I don't usually go to.
As I was walking around Gransta Yaekita, where many restaurants are concentrated, I came across a sushi restaurant called ``Tachigui Sushi Hinatomaru Gransta Yaekita Shokudo”, so I decided to visit it.

Dinner time was a little early at around 17:00, but I was able to get a seat at the counter.
The restaurant has table seats and counter seats.
There are chairs at the tables, but you can only stand at the counter, so as the name suggests, you can eat while standing.
I'm alone and I'm used to standing and eating, so I have no problem sitting at the counter.
Orders are placed directly with the staff behind the counter.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First, we will receive Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer).
It's definitely delicious.

The texture is crispy and crunchy, and the aroma and sweetness when you put it in your mouth and chew is also nice.
The sushi rice had a strong rice flavor, was stiff, and had the impression of being slightly warm.

The crunchy texture is irresistible.
It smells nice too.

The scent was very strong and good.
Among the shellfish I've eaten at standing sushi, it's in the top three.
Flounder
It has a slightly crunchy texture, and when you chew it, the flavor and aroma spread in your mouth.
Striped horse mackerel
It has a sticky texture and a strong flavor.
Kinme
The skin has a flavor and aroma.
The body itself had a soft impression.
Cutlassfish
You can feel the fatness and sweetness as if you were eating butter.
horse mackerel
It's delicious and doesn't have any taste at all.
raw mackerel
It was so fatty that I thought it was mackerel, and it felt like I was eating a different type of fish.
3 pieces of tuna
This is a classic set of lean meat, medium fatty tuna, and large fatty tuna.
lean meat

It is the type that tastes sour.
This is unusual for standing sushi.
Medium Toro

It has a good amount of fat, but it doesn't feel too strong or sticky.
Ootoro

This one also has a lot of fat, but it doesn't feel too strong or sticky, and the amount of fat on it is about the same as the medium-sized fatty tuna.
I think this is the characteristic of otoro, as it has the flavor of the sinew but doesn't feel streaky.
Impressions
The bill was 4,400 yen for Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) + 9 pieces + 1 set.
I ordered slightly better toppings such as shellfish, so the bill was quite high, but I don't think it was expensive at all.
I didn't order it, but the Nakaochi Gunkan, raw sesame seeds, and eggs are priced at 70 yen per piece, so I think it's possible to get a good deal.
Overall, it was delicious, but among the dishes I ate this time, I especially liked the cutlassfish, mussels, and raw mackerel.
Finally, I went to the restaurant in Ikebukuro that I personally think is the top stand-up/conveyor belt sushi restaurant.Tachikui Sakura SushiI think I have found a store that is comparable to ``.

I think it's comparable in that you don't have to make a reservation, you don't have to wait long, and you can get delicious sushi.
The price may be slightly higher at this store, but I think it's about the same level.
It seems that it is a chain store, with stores in Asakusa, Ginza, etc.
I think I'll take my wife with me the next time I visit and ask her for her opinion.
