My wife and the usual ``Yakiniku Staminaen Toriton Toyosu Branch”, I found a shop that seemed to be busy.
When I looked around, I saw that a new Genghis Khan restaurant had opened, so I decided to visit there.
I visited without a reservation, but just as the person in front of me left, I had to wait a while to clean up before entering.
In addition to counter seats, there are table seats as well.
The restaurant seemed to be almost full, both counter and table seats.
Especially if there are more than 3 or 4 people, you may be shown to a table, but the tables are used for drinking parties and turnover is slow, so we strongly recommend making reservations in advance.

Genghis Khan includes Nama Lamb Jingisukan (Fresh Lamb Barbecue) (loin), fillet, Lamb Chop, and sausage.
The vegetable menu is standard, but the sides and rice options seem to be at a bare minimum.
I think the drinks are standard price.

This time, I ordered Genghis Khan with Nama Lamb Jingisukan (Fresh Lamb Barbecue), fillet, Lamb Chop, and sausage.
Others are vegetables and drinks, Otoshi (Table Appetizer).

Otoshi (Appetizer)

Otoshi (Table Appetizer) was potato salad.
It tastes like something you would buy at a convenience store or supermarket, which is neither good nor bad.
My wife who ordered a soft drink was not served it, so I think it would be served if she ordered alcohol.
Nama Beeru (Draft Beer)
When I visited, it was to celebrate the opening, so some drinks such as Nama Biru (Draft Beer) were half price.
So, ``Nama Biru (Draft Beer) (357 yen including tax)”.
The brand is Asahi Super Dry.
The mug is also cold.
Since it was half price, I finished the first cup quickly and ended up with two cups in total.
Nama Lamb Jingisukan (Fresh Lamb Barbecue)

I think the part is the loin.
It has a light impression without the peculiar taste of rum.
Habit and umami are two sides of the same coin, and if you try to reduce the habit, the umami will also decrease.
In other words, to say the least, I get the impression that it doesn't have the unique flavor of lamb.
I think the key to keeping the flavor as strong as possible is the way it is processed and the quality of purchasing. .
Yasai Moriawase Nokkedori (Assorted Vegetables)
Vegetables are a must for Genghis Khan, so ``Assorted vegetables (1,300 yen including tax)” I ordered.
This was set up for me by a store employee.
I only photographed the bean sprouts, but there were also green onions, carrots, green peppers, and onions.
Due to the different parts of the pork loin, fillet, and Lamb Chop, there wasn't much fat, so it gave the impression that I was eating grilled vegetables rather than vegetables that absorbed the fat of Genghis Khan.
Nama Lamb Hire-niku (Fresh Lamb Tenderloin)

It feels more quirky than the previous Nama Lamb Jingisukan (Fresh Lamb Barbecue).
In other words, you can also feel the flavor.
It's soft and delicious.
Lamb Sausage

There was no feeling of lamb, it was like eating a normal sausage. .
Lamb Chop

Lamb's taste is modest.
That means it has less flavor. .
I sometimes buy Lamb Chop at the supermarket, but it tastes better at the supermarket.
And, of course, eating at the supermarket is cheaper than eating at a restaurant. .
Impressions and Rating
The total cost was about 9,000 yen, including the items introduced above and the drink my wife ordered.
My impression is that the bill paid quite well.
After all, it's just 4 types of meat, vegetables, and a drink. .
The overall impression is that the taste is subtle.
Ram is ``Nama Lamb Hire-niku (Fresh Lamb Tenderloin)Other than that, it's good that it doesn't have any taste, but it doesn't have any flavor, so honestly it's not delicious.
It's better to buy it at the supermarket.
However, this is the impression of a rum lover.
Those who are not used to eating lamb Genghis Khan may think that it is simple and delicious, or that it is surprisingly edible.
In that sense, there are many children in the Toyosu area, so it might be the perfect place to make people think Genghis Khan is delicious.
I don't recommend it to people who like lamb Genghis Khan, but I think I can recommend it to people who are eating it for the first time or are not used to it.
I probably won't come back to the restaurant when it's open at night, but it's also open for lunch, and there seems to be a separate lunch menu, so I'm curious about that.
