Horumon no Doronpa
Immediately after arriving in Akabane,Whole house” and “Maruken Suisan” I finished bar hopping.

After drinking, I decided to stay the night for a little break.Cosmo Plaza Akabane' I checked in.

It's dangerous to go to the sauna after drinking, so I decided to take a shower, take a quick bath, and relax in a capsule.
I went to bed around 7:00 pm, and when I relaxed, I found myself falling asleep. .
Before I knew it, it was around 23:00, and the store I had originally planned to go to had already closed. .
It's a time when many other restaurants are already closed or past their last orders, but since we're in Akabane, we decide to go out for a drink.
Located in Akabane OK Yokocho, which is relatively close to the hotel, I was interested in ``Horumon no Doronpa”.

I visited before 23:00, and the restaurant was almost full, but I was able to secure a seat at the counter, and even though it was almost the last order, I was able to enter.
Now let's order.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)” I asked.
The brand was Akahoshi and the size was a medium bottle.
Super Dry was also available as another brand.
This shop seems to be Nishinari style, and the glasses are plastic cups.
It's nice to drink alcohol after a few hours of sweating in the shower and bathtub.
Otoshi (Appetizer)
『Otoshi (Appetizer)” was a very thick menma.
It has a chewy texture and gives the impression that it has been thoroughly stewed.
I even drink menma as a snack at home, so if this is an appetizer, I'll gladly pay for it.
The plates were also served on disposable trays.
hormone
A classic and highly recommended ``hormone” I ordered.
Originally, it would be cooked on a griddle, but since it was late in the day, they decided to cook it on a frying pan.
In terms of parts, I think it's Shiro (large intestine) or Teppo (rectum).
It's soft and odorless, and you can feel the fat of the hormone itself and it's delicious.
The sauce is rich, the garlic is strong, and the flavor goes well with the beer.
Although it is cooked in a frying pan, I think it is quite delicious.
I think it would be even more delicious if it was cooked on a griddle, so I'm curious about the original taste.
It also comes in a disposable tray.
By the way, it seems to be Nishinari style that there are no disposable chopsticks, and the food is eaten while being pierced with bamboo skewers.
Chopsticks are sold for 10 yen, so if you find it difficult to eat bamboo skewers, try ordering one.
Abura (Pork Back Fat)
Next, ``Abura (Pork Back Fat)' has arrived.
The part is Kikuabura.
There is a membrane, and the texture is interesting when you break it, and when you break the membrane, you can feel the fat.
The fat is stronger than the offal, and the sauce is just as thick, so it also has a flavor that accelerates the beer.
Impressions
I arrived late, so while I was eating, I realized that it was my last order, so that's it.
The bill was Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) + appetizer + Otsumami (Snacks)2 items, totaling 1,865 yen.
Payment methods include cash, credit cards, and QR codes such as PayPay.
I was surprised by Nishinari's style, which is the complete opposite of the popular SDGs, where food is eaten with bamboo skewers instead of plastic cups, disposable trays, and chopsticks.
I'm a person who wants plastic straws and plastic bags to be provided as normal, so I think it's more efficient to not have to wash the dishes.
I think they should provide regular disposable chopsticks since you have to pay for them and eat with bamboo skewers, but I think it's a restaurant that enjoys the taste of dishes such as offal.
The staff are cheerful and energetic, and the only concern I have is that smoking is allowed inside the store.
It's a paradise for smokers, but I think non-smokers who don't like it should avoid it.
There were other menu items that I was interested in besides the ones I ordered this time, so next time I would like to visit earlier in the day when they can cook on a teppan.
