Menu
The basic menu is ramen and mazesoba.
Depending on the timing, there may be a limited menu.
Ramen small with pork
This time, “Ramen small with pork (1,100 yen)” I ordered.
Cole is ``Garlic, oil, spicy fried” I asked.
After handing over the meal ticket, the rice bowl was served in about 10 minutes.
Let's get it then.
Yasai, oil, garlic
Yasai is Kuta.
The ratio of bean sprouts to cabbage seems to be 8:2 or 9:1.
Abura looks like a meat abura and has a slightly fleshy feel to it.
Garlic is chopped quite finely.
Soup
The soup stock has a strong taste of pork, but the flavor is light and at first you get the impression that you are sipping pork stock.
It seems to have accumulated at the bottom, and if you stir it thoroughly it will get a little better, but since there are scum on the table, it seems better to adjust it yourself.
It felt good after about 1 to 1.5 laps.
Noodles
The noodles are flat and thick, and have a stiff texture.
When you chew it, you can also smell the wheat.
However, there were some parts where I felt it had a raw texture, as if it wasn't boiled enough.
pig
It's a thickly sliced pork.
Although it had a guinea-like texture, I got the impression that it had a bit more flavor.
You can choose to have pork or not, and if you don't have pork, it's ``small ramen'' (880 yen).
The price is 1,100 yen, so it's a bit difficult to ask if it's worth 220 yen. .
I think if you eat it once, you can skip it the next time. .
spicy fried
Karaage is fried balls seasoned with chili peppers, and is a signature dish of this restaurant.
I think it's like adding tenkasu to soba or udon noodles, but the soups for soba and udon noodles are light and I can understand the benefit of adding the richness of fat.
This soup contains a lot of oil to begin with, so I didn't feel that the richness was added by the fat, but it was quite spicy, so I could feel the accent of spiciness.
If that's the case, chili peppers would be good. .
Impressions and Rating
Ramen Taka no Me has many different stores, but this was my first time visiting there.
My impression is that the taste is normal.
Looking at the soup and noodles, it wasn't negative, but it wasn't positive either.
As for the fried chicken, I personally didn't like it. .
Overall, even within the same chain store, I personally feelRamen ButayamaI think I'll go to ``.

From what I've heard from various people, it seems that the mazesoba is delicious, so I'd like to visit there next time to try the mazesoba.
