Visit and Queue Information
Date of visit: November 2025 (Holiday)
Visiting time: Around 21:00
Queue: none
Crowd status: The store is almost full
Seat: counter seat
At the time of my visit, the restaurant was almost full, and while I was eating, there was a line of about 1 to 2 groups.
If there is a line, buy a meal ticket first and then line up.
The royal road seal used to be ``Kashiwa store” I have visited there before.

Ordering and Payment
Payment method: cash only
Please note that cash is the only payment method.
Menu
I am only taking photos of the ramen menu.
Ramen + seaweed + half rice
This time, we will introduce the most standard ``Ramen (900 yen)' to 'Nori (100 yen)” and topped with “Half rice (150 yen)” I also asked for it.
Your preference is ``Hard/Dark/Normal” I asked.
The rice bowl was served in about 10 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
You can feel the rich flavor of chicken and pork.
Although it has a strong taste as ordered, it is quite salty so the taste could be normal or lighter.
I usually finish the soup out of respect for the person who made it, but it was so salty that I couldn't finish it. .
I added some odorless garlic along the way.
Although it has a strong garlic taste, it claims that it does not cause bad breath, but I do feel that the bad breath after eating is less noticeable.
This is the level that I would like all family-run shops and Nana Jiro-based shops to be.
Noodles
It's boiled just as you ordered.
When you bite into the crisp texture, you can feel the wheat.
Although we cannot use Sakai Seimen, it tastes just like Sakai Seimen, which is directly descended from our family.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
I think the part is the loin.
It has a smoky taste and you can really feel the flavor of the pork.
Han Rice (Half Rice)
The doneness of the rice is normal, and the amount seems to be half that.
I think it's expensive for 150 yen, but it can't be helped since the price of rice is skyrocketing. .
The Kashiwa branch offers all-you-can-eat for free. . Is it a land price issue? .
Even if you soak it in soup or apply tension when wrapping rice, there is no sign of the glue tearing at all.
The quality of the seaweed is also high, so it's worth adding toppings.
Impressions and Rating
I think Odo no Shirushi Shimbashi is relatively delicious, but it was noticeably salty.
I think it's best to order it with a normal/light taste.
Also, the odorless garlic was shocking.
Speaking of Shimbashi's family lineage, ``Taniseya Shimbashi main store'However, personally, I prefer the royal road seal.

The quality of the glue is completely different.
You can control the saltiness to some extent, but you can't control the quality of the seaweed.
Shimbashi has also expanded its number of ramen shops, and I'm glad that there are more options for finishing your drink.
I hope to go to various stores, including stores I've been to and stores I haven't been to yet.
