Since it's Golden Week, there are more than 50 people waiting.

It's a popular store directly affiliated with

, so it's probably a good idea to be prepared for long lines when you visit, even if it's not Golden Week.

We started lining up around 10:20, the restaurant opened around 10:40, and the bowls arrived around 11:20.

It was easier than I expected as I was able to wait in the shade for most of the time.

There is also a parking lot, but the rules are strict.

Entrances, etc. are monitored using surveillance cameras, and we are remotely warned if someone is driving the wrong way or skipping their turn.

It is often not available, so please be careful when visiting by car.

The biggest thing to note is that you cannot wait for the representative.

Ordering and Payment

Ordering method: Meal ticket system
Payment method: cash only

Ramen + Rice + Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) + Kikurage (Wood Ear Mushrooms)

This time, “Ramen (950 yen)』、『Even if you are bringing small children with you, waiting for the representative is not allowed; everyone must line up together.』、『Flavored egg (150 yen)』、『Rice (200 yen)” I ordered.

Wood ear mushroom (100 yen)Chashu Mabushi (Chashu Rice)” was selected.

When you order rice, you can choose one from roasted pork, green onion, egg, or white rice. I was planning on going to another restaurant after this, so I was actually planning on getting half rice, but since choosing full rice comes with these services, I opted for full rice this time.

So let's have it.

The rule is that you can only take one photo of ramen, so this is the only photo I took this time.

Soup

First, let's start with the soup.

I can feel the crackling and crackling.

You can also feel the flavor of the pork bones and chicken.

This is a powerful soup that seems to be a direct descendant.

Kaeshi is in front and packs quite a punch.

There are a lot of mild Iekei ramen these days, but this one has a taste that is definitely a direct Iekei ramen.

Noodles

The noodles have sharp corners.

After a while, the texture will become chewy.

At the beginning, you can enjoy the firm texture, and in the second half, you can enjoy the noodles that have soaked up the soup and become a little softer.

I like this change.

The soup is quite strong, so the noodles don't lose out either.

A combination of strong soup and noodles typical of Iekei ramen.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

The char siu has a faint smoked aroma.

I like it because it has a moderate smoked taste.

Lately, I've been starting to dislike char siu that has too much smokiness, but this one is just right.

It has a meaty texture and goes well with the soup.

Flavored egg

『Flavored egg”.

It is moderately half-cooked.

It's just delicious.

However, if you ask me if flavored eggs are a must, I think it's my preference.

Wood ear fungus

『Wood ear fungus”.

It has a nice crunchy texture.

Adds texture in a thick soup.

Spinach and seaweed are typical toppings for Iekei ramen, but wood ear fungus goes well too.

If you can add it for 100 yen, I think it's a good option for volume.

Chashu Mabushi (Chashu Rice)

The rice is ``Chashu Mabushi (Chashu Rice)” was selected.

The rice is topped with char siu that has a moderate smokiness.

You can pair it with soup or with table seasonings.

Ginger on the table also provides a refreshing feeling like gari.

Rice is a must-have item for strong soup.

Impressions and Rating

It was delicious.

The soup has a chewy, chewy flavor that is typical of a direct descendant, and the flavor of the pork bones and chicken is well supported.

This time it was Golden Week, so there were over 50 people waiting, but I'm not sure if I should wait in line for an hour to eat.

However, I feel like I'm eating traditional food at a famous restaurant directly related to Atsugiya, so I think it's worth visiting at least once.

This is a store you'll want to visit again when you have something to do nearby or when you have time.

Overall: ★★★★★★★★☆☆ (8)

Cost performance: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)
Revisit: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)
