Yokohama Iekei Ramen Samurai Shibuya Main Branch
Until recently,Motsuyaki Ucchan Shibuya Dogenzaka branch” I was drinking it.

Naturally, it's time to finish the drink.
So, ``Yokohama Iekei Ramen Samurai Shibuya Main Branch”.
As the name suggests, this is a family-style ramen shop.
It used to be located on Shibuya 3-chome and was a little far from the station, but a few years ago it moved to be near Shibuya Station on the Keio Inokashira Line, making it much better located and easier to visit.
In addition to our main store in Shibuya, we also have stores in Ikejiri, Ueno, and Nagoya.
Personally, I have fond memories of going to the Ikejiri store, which is located between Ikejiri-Ohashi Station and Komaba-Todai-mae Station, with my classmates when I was a new graduate (about 10 years ago...).
I visited around 7:30 pm on a weekday Friday, and there was a line of about 5 people before I even bought a ticket, but as soon as I joined the line, I was shown to my seat.
As the location has improved, the lines have increased, and there were many days when I would give up after seeing the lines, but on this day I was lucky.
When I lined up, the turnover rate was surprisingly good, so I think if the line was long enough, it would clear up in about 10 minutes, so next time you might want to line up instead of lining up.
Ramen + extra seaweed + half rice
There was a food ticket system, and only cash was accepted at the food ticket machine.
This time, “Ramen (950 yen)' to 'Extra seaweed (100 yen)” and “Half rice (100 yen)” was selected.
When I handed my meal ticket to the staff, I was asked what my preference was.Harder, darker, more” was selected.
It was served within about 5 minutes after being seated.
Let's get it then.
Soup
Perhaps because I chose the darker one, I get the impression that the soy sauce has a strong effect.
However, the taste and flavor of the chicken bones and pork bones are also very effective.
The strong flavor reminds me of when I was a new graduate and used to eat a lot.
If you don't like salty taste or want to taste chicken or pork, you may want to try normal or diluted flavors.
Noodles
The noodles are medium thick and have sharp edges.
I like the texture to be a little al dente, and it's cooked just as I ordered.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The char siew had a strong pork flavor.
Han Rice (Half Rice)
The rice should be cooked evenly.
There are kappa (pickled cucumbers) and bean sauce on the table, so use them as you like.
You can eat it wrapped in seaweed soaked in soup, or you can eat it zosui-style with soup over it.
What has changed since I was a new graduate is that I now choose half rice instead of rice.
You can think of yourself as getting older in terms of your stomach, but have you gotten smarter in that you don't push yourself too hard anymore? You can think of it as being able to control your desires.
garlic
After this, I'm just going home, so I'm going to add garlic to boost the junkiness.
When I was a new graduate, I think I put in double, or even triple, this amount. .
Lately, I've been thinking that I don't need garlic at all, just a small amount. .
This time, I put in more than usual to compete with when I was a new graduate.
Impressions
It's been a long time since I've had a delicious home-cooked meal.
There is also a memory correction service, but I think this is a store that I can recommend even if you don't do that.
We highly recommend this restaurant when you have the urge to eat Iekei ramen near Shibuya Station.
