This time, I'm visiting Yoshinoya to try "Beef Suki Nabe Zen Double Meat (1,226 yen)" which has become synonymous with winter at Yoshinoya.

Gyusuki Nabe (Beef Sukiyaki Hot Pot)
The ingredients are beef, Chinese cabbage, onion, carrot, green onion, tofu, udon noodles, and on top of the meat are bean sprouts.
The beef sukiyaki pot is heated from below with solid fuel, so it is always piping hot.
The beef is the same as gyudon, but the seasoning is slightly different between gyudon and gyusuki nabe, so you get a different impression.
It has a sweet and strong taste, and the vegetables and udon noodles are not soaked in the sauce at first, so if you eat it later, it will soak in the sauce and it will be delicious.
Gohan (Rice)
I chose the large portion, but it was served in a large bowl.
Although some restaurants are not eligible, Yoshinoya offers free refills when ordering a gozen or set meal.
