Seat: counter seat
As the name suggests, this is a shabu-shabu restaurant, but you can also choose sukiyaki.
Due to the Japanese cuisine of shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, and the location of Ginza, most of the customers inside the restaurant are foreigners.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』。

Yonezawa pork 150g
This time, “Yonezawa pork (150g) 2,420 yen” I asked.
It consists of meat, vegetables, rice, noodles, pickles, and dessert.
I forgot to take a proper picture, but the unique thing is that each person only eats one hot pot.
Normally, when multiple people visit, shabu-shabu and sukiyaki are eaten in one common pot, but no matter how many people visit, each person can eat one pot.
There are times when you don't want to share a hot pot with people of the opposite or same sex, such as at work or with friends. . ?
This is a recommended store for those times.
Well, it's not that I don't want to share a hotpot with my wife, I just come here because I want to eat shabu-shabu.
vegetables
First, the vegetables arrive.
The set includes lotus roots, red radish, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, tofu, wakame, potatoes, vermicelli, and more.
The vegetables also have a slightly more luxurious feel.
Yonezawa pork
Personally, I prefer pork, not beef, for shabu-shabu.
Of course, pork is cheaper, but while beef can be hit or miss depending on the store, pork is relatively stable at all stores, so I prefer pork.
The pork was odorless and had a good balance of fat and lean meat.
Although it is stable, the fact that it does not have a large upward swing may be seen as a disadvantage of pigs.
Ponzu sauce/sesame sauce
Ponzu sauce is a delicious ponzu sauce that has the sour taste of the fruit and the salty taste of the soup stock.
The sesame sauce has a strong sesame flavor and the salty taste of the sauce, and while the sauce itself is delicious, it is strong and seems to drown out the taste of the meat and vegetable ingredients.
Sansho Dandan sauce was available for a limited time.
As the name suggests, it had a refreshing taste of sesame sauce and Japanese pepper.
It's a matter of taste, but personally I prefer ponzu sauce.
Noodles
Last but not least is the noodles.
Add a few cups of dashi stock to spread out the sauce.
The soup stock for shabu-shabu itself is originally made from bonito stock, and the flavor of the beef, pork, and vegetables melts into it.
By the way, you can have both rice and noodles.
I forgot to take a photo of the rice, but it was free and I had two or three refills...
In addition to white rice, you can choose five-grain rice.
Since you can take as many pickles as you like, the rice will be consumed more and more.
dessert
Dessert is apple sorbet.
It will reset your mouth, which has become a little heavy due to the fat from the meat.
Impressions and Rating
It's a little pricey, but overall the quality was high and it was delicious.
Although the price is reasonable, I think it's in the price range where you can eat casually in the location of Ginza.
You can get rice and noodles, so if you adjust your stomach with these, you can go home very satisfied.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual, but I think it has a flavor that is comparable to high-end restaurants, while setting it apart from family-oriented shabu-shabu chains that offer all-you-can-eat options.
Recommended if you want to casually eat shabu-shabu or sukiyaki at Ginza.
