Items Ordered
This time I received 10 kan.
Now, let me introduce you to the menu we received this time.
1st piece: Firefly squid warship
First of all, let's start with seasonal ``Firefly squid warship (280 yen)” I asked.
You can feel the small texture and flavor of miso, and the addition of yuzu pepper eliminates the fishy smell of miso.
falling rock
``3-piece set''Falling rock (650 yen)” I asked.
A set of salmon, Pyeongchang, and Nemuro saury.
2nd piece: Salmon
The meat is thickly sliced and has a rich flavor and fat.
3rd piece: Pyeongchang
This is also thickly sliced and has a strong flavor and fat.
4th piece: pacific saury from Nemuro
It has a distinct aroma of blue fish, with a strong sense of fat.
Those who don't like it may not be able to eat it, but those who like it will find the scent delicious.
Hanasaki
``3-piece set''Hanasaki (650 yen)” I asked.
This is a set of herring, squid, and oil.
5th piece: Aburagarei
It had a lot of moisture and gave a watery impression.
It was hard to taste the flavor as it was so watery.
6th piece: Herring
As you can see from its appearance, it is already greasy.
It has a thick and creamy texture, and you can enjoy the unique aroma and fat of blue fish.
I had the impression that it was a bit bony, but as long as you chew it properly, it won't be a problem.
7th piece: Squid
As you chew, the sweetness really comes out.
It has a bit of hardness and is also a type that encourages chewing.
8th piece: Bouzu Ginpo
『Bouzu Ginpo (380 yen)” I asked.
It's a topping that you can only find at Hokkaido-related restaurants and is rarely available in Tokyo.
While you can feel the fat, you can also feel the flavor and sweetness of the white fish.
9th piece: Grilled sardine
『Grilled sardine (280 yen)” I asked.
You can feel the fat, but it's a little overcooked, making it look like grilled fish.
10th piece: Takomanma warship
Finally, ``Takomanma Gunkan (220 yen)” I asked.
Takomanma refers to octopus eggs.
It's not a very familiar topic in Tokyo, but it seems to be a common topic in Hokkaido.
It is marinated in soy sauce and has a taste similar to salmon roe.
Personally, I might prefer it more than Iroba because the flavor is richer and the price is cheaper.
Previously “Yoshiike PondI once bought it at a sushi restaurant, but it was so big that I had a hard time finishing it, so I think it's best to eat one piece at a sushi restaurant.

Impressions and Rating
The bill was 10 pieces, and the total was just 2,460 yen.
After all, it seems like it would be a good idea for this restaurant to focus on blue fish.
I think it would be better to focus on topics that are unique to Hokkaido.
The quality of ingredients unique to Hokkaido, such as bluefish, squid, and shellfish, is higher than that of conveyor belt sushi chains, but other ingredients such as tuna are on par with conveyor belt sushi chains, but the prices seem to be higher.
The wait time was short this time, but I get the impression that there is always a long line.
I'm not sure if it's worth the long wait to visit.
It's certainly relatively cheap for Tokyo Station, and you can get a decent amount of food, so I think it's understandable that it gets crowded.
However, I think your skill in choosing ingredients will be tested to see if you are satisfied enough to come back again.
Personally, if it's Tokyo Station,Tachigui Sushi Hinatomaru Gransta Yaekita Shokudo” I would like to recommend it.
