『Fukuyoshi” may not be something you're used to hearing about, but it's a ramen/set meal chain restaurant that opens in food courts such as Viva Home.

The inside of the store is small, but it's open like a food court.
There are 3 seats, one at the counter and one at a table for two, so I think it's safe to have at most two people if you want to use it.

Shogayaki Teishoku (Ginger Pork Set Meal) + Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)
This restaurant's menu mainly consists of ramen, but they also have some set menus.
On this day, I was in the mood for rice rather than noodles, so...Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) set meal (990 yen)” was selected.
And then, “Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)6 pieces” was normally 400 yen, but it was on sale for 300 yen, so I chose that as well.
When I handed in my meal ticket, I was given a bell, and after about 5 minutes the bell rang, so I went to pick it up.
I heard that gyoza takes a little time to make, but it only takes about 5 minutes, so I don't think it's a problem.
It's a little early for lunch, but if you're in a hurry, I think it's best to avoid ordering Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) during peak lunch hours.
The Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) set meal consists of Shogayaki (Ginger Pork), Gohan (Rice), soup, and pickles.

Shogayaki (Ginger Pork)
The flavor of ginger is not that strong, and if anything, the taste of the sauce is strong.
Shogayaki (Ginger Pork)'s common ingredients are pork and onions, but I think it's also unique that it contains chives and bamboo shoots in addition to these two ingredients.
Although it is a chain restaurant, the vegetables are thoroughly stir-fried in a wok, and the vegetables retain their crispy texture and aroma.
Gohan (Rice)
Gohan (Rice) is for normal cooking.
If you order a large size, it costs an extra 150 yen, which is a bit expensive, so I decided to stick with the regular size.
Soup
The soup is as light as it looks.
Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings)
Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) has a normal thickness of skin and a crispy texture on both the grilled and wrapped sides.
The filling is well-kneaded, and the taste is a good balance of meat and vegetables.
At best, these words come to mind, but to put it simply, it's just ordinary gyoza.
Impressions and Rating
I had the Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) set meal and gyoza from Fukuyoshi.
Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) was perfectly cooked, but the taste was a little different from the taste of Shogayaki (Ginger Pork) that I imagined.
Yaki Gyoza (Pan-Fried Dumplings) gives me the impression that it's normal, but it has the taste of a chain restaurant.
At lunch time, all the restaurants in Toyosu are crowded and there are some with long lines, but this restaurant is relatively easy to get into.
In particular, Viva Home has popular stores such as Marugame Seimen, Hama Sushi, and Saizeriya, and Fukuyoshi is a relatively minor chain, so I think it's easy to get into.
Still, it's a relatively stable taste, so I think it's possible in that sense.
