Since the vegetables are stir-fried, the aroma and miso flavor perfectly match.
There are some restaurants where you can't really feel the flavor of miso because they heat it too much or the other ingredients are too strong, but it's nice to be able to really feel the flavor of miso.
Noodles
With thin noodles, you can enjoy the sweetness and firm texture of egg noodles.
vegetables
The vegetables included bean sprouts, chives, onions, and minced meat.
It's well-fried and has some burnt edges, which is a nice accent.
Although the vegetables were cooked, they still had a crunchy texture, so even if you order a stir-fried set meal, it will be delicious.
There was also a lot of minced meat in it, which added to the flavor of the meat to the soup, and I think it was good to be able to enjoy the meaty texture even if you ate it as is.
Impressions
Even though I had an accident where I couldn't go to the restaurant I was looking for, the meal turned out to be surprisingly good.
Since it's a food court, I didn't have high expectations, but it was delicious.
Well, I don't think it's worth going all the way to this place because it would be delicious if it was in a food court. .
That said, I think it's rare to find a ramen restaurant in Toyosu where you can eat ramen for as low as 550 yen, and I think it's a great option for lunch.
It looks like I'll be visiting Toyosu for a while, so I think I'll be visiting again in the future, and next time I'll order the 550 yen ramen.
