This time I reserved a slot from 12:30 and visited.
There is a regular queue and a Table Check waiting queue.
As soon as I lined up on the Table Check side, a staff member came over, showed me my reception email, and was able to enter the store immediately.
Reservations are very convenient, but please note that a reservation fee of 700 yen will be charged when making a reservation.
Reservations for Saturdays will be available from 9:00 on Wednesday, and for holidays, reservations will be available from 9:00 three days in advance.

The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

Ordering and Payment
Payment method: cash only
Menu
This restaurant specializes in tsukemen, but they also have ramen and mazesoba.
Tsukemen + extra noodles x 3 + seaweed salt
Normally, if you order tsukemen, you will get one dipping sauce (one type).
At Suzuharu, there are several types of dipping sauces, including soy sauce and salt, as well as chicken and shrimp.
At this restaurant, if the amount of tsukemen exceeds 500g, you can order two types of dipping sauce.
If you can eat more, you can order 3 types of dipping sauce when ordering 1,000g.
It's something I'd like to try someday.
This time, “Tsukemen 300g (1,500 yen)' to '100g more noodles (200 yen)I added 3 pieces and asked for 600g.
Furthermore, with toppings ``Aosa salt (50 yen)” has also been added.
In total, ``Tsukemen 300g (1,500 yen) + 100g extra noodles (200 yen) x 3 + Aosa salt (50 yen)” was 2,150 yen, and there was a reservation fee of 700 yen, so the total was 2,850 yen.
For the dipping sauce, I asked for scallop oil (salt) and porcini oil (soy sauce).
The rice bowl is served in about 10 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Noodles
The noodle lines are arranged quite neatly.
It has a smooth texture when you sip it, and when you bite into it, it's chewy and has just the right amount of firmness.
You can really feel the flavor and flavor of wheat.
The noodles are soaked in bonito and kelp water, which gives it a slightly stronger flavor.
The noodles were so delicious that I think I ate over 200g of noodles alone.
Aosa salt
Sprinkle seaweed salt on the noodles.
The sea-like nature of the seaweed goes well with the kelp water, and the salt makes the flavor of the soup stand out.
I think this is the most delicious way to eat it.
Scallop oil (salt)
Don't forget the dipping sauce, so start with the scallop oil (salt).
It doesn't have a succinic acid taste, but the flavor of dried scallops.
I also got the impression that it was slightly fragrant.
Scallop oil (salt) was sold out soon after I ordered it, so if you're interested, it might be best to visit early.
Porcini oil (soy sauce)
Next, we will have porcini oil (soy sauce).
You can really smell the boletus.
The taste of soy sauce and porcini go well together.
The dipping sauce is coated with oil, so you can enjoy it piping hot until the end.
If you soak the noodles in the soup for a little longer, the texture will become chewy, so you can enjoy the texture as well.
chicken char siu
Char siu and condiments are served on separate plates.
Chicken breast cooked at low temperature.
It's juicy and moist.
My impression is that it tastes like what you get when you make it in a low-temperature cooker at home and it's successful.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The cut is roast pork, which is rare.
It's juicy and has a strong meaty flavor.
split soup
There is hot soup in a pot on the table.
The soup itself is warm bonito kelp water, giving the impression that it is a warmer version of what is soaked in the noodles.
By adding it to each dipping sauce, you will get a different impression.
Impressions and Rating
Menya Suzuharu was delicious.
No matter what I say, the noodles are overwhelmingly delicious.
600g is the amount before boiling, so after boiling it will be about 1.5 times more than 900g.
I'm sure you were worried that you wouldn't be able to eat that much, but it turned out to be completely unfounded.
Last time, 500g wasn't enough, so I tried 600g this time, but I think 700g to 800g would have been better.
The quality of everything other than the noodles was high, but I had the impression that the noodles were so delicious that everything else was cloudy.
The best way to eat the noodles is to eat them as is with seaweed salt, and to be honest, it was delicious to just drink the dipping sauce without adding the noodles. .
If you asked me if I wanted to wait in line for more than 3 hours to eat, I would probably say no, but if you make a reservation through Table Check, you can get in without having to wait, so I would definitely go there again.
However, I don't want to go right away even next week.
After all, the tsukemen costs about 3,000 yen. .
It's delicious, but after a few months. .
Will it be within this year or next year? . I think it's going to be a little bit of a period of time.
