Visit and Queue Information
Visit date: Sunday, April 2026
Visiting time: Around 14:30
Queue: 5 people waiting
Crowd status: Store full
Seat: counter seat
When I visited around 2:30 pm, there were 5 people waiting.
We were shown to our seats in about 10 minutes.
If you avoid lunch time and around 18:00 to 21:00, there would be relatively little wait time, but recently it has become possible to wait even outside of those hours.
Although the number of Butayama stores is increasing rapidly, I think it's becoming popular because it's easy to get into.
Although the line is not as long as Jiro Jiro, it seems like the line is more likely than before due to the location of Tokyo Station.
Please check at the store for usage instructions.
Also, at this store, you have to buy your meal ticket first and then wait in line.
The line-up may differ depending on the store, so please follow the signs inside and outside the store and the staff's instructions.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

Ordering and Payment
How to pay: Cash, credit card, electronic money, QR code payment possible
Although it is a meal ticket system, I appreciate that you can use credit cards and electronic money in addition to cash.
If you are standing in line, a staff member will come to collect your ticket.
If there is an order for the degree of boiling of the noodles (hard or soft, etc.), this will be done at this stage.
Calling for vegetables such as vegetable and garlic will be done at the time of serving, so we will not call them at this stage.
If there is no line, go to your seat after purchasing your ticket.
You may be asked to sit in any available seat, or the staff may tell you which seat you should sit in, so please follow the staff's instructions.
Menu
I only photographed the ramen menu.
Even a small bowl of ramen has 250g of noodles (before boiling), which is more than a large bowl at a typical ramen restaurant.
If it's your first visit, we recommend the small ramen or the mini ramen (125g of noodles).
Sho Ramen (Small Ramen)
This time, “Sho Ramen (Small Ramen)” I ordered.
Cole is ``garlic oil”.
At the time of service, you will be called by your seat number (for example, person number 10) or the name of the product you ordered (for example, for small ramen noodles).
Instructions on how to call are posted at your seat.
It doesn't have the brutal atmosphere that is typical of the Jiro/Jiro line, so if you make a mistake with the call, the staff will not help you, so feel free to call your favorite call.
However, I think it's a good idea to put on earphones and avoid concentrating too much on your smartphone once you're guided to your seat.
After joining the queue, we were shown to our seats within about 10 minutes, and soon after that we were served our bowls.
So let's have it.
Yasai + Abura (Vegetables + Pork Back Fat)
The ratio of bean sprouts to cabbage is about 8:2.
It has a slightly chewy texture.
Personally, I like the Yasai at this store because it's so easy to eat.
Abra salad, which is made with abra and vegetable oil, is delicious.
You can feel the sweetness of oil and vegetable oil.
I think it would be a good idea to sprinkle it on the table top to give it a sharp, salty taste.
Soup
The soup is emulsified and creamy.
The soup that day had a stronger taste of pork than usual.
While the Butayama is consistent, the impression of the soup varies a little depending on the day, but this time it was quite good.
Kaeshi is a little weak.
Therefore, if you like a darker color, you may want to use a color kohl or adjust it to your preference using a tabletop shade.
Personally, I found it just right to add a little table top cover in the second half.
Noodles
The noodles are Dero noodles.
Butayama's noodles are stable.
This time, the texture was a little more like derro rather than sashimi.
Also goes well with emulsified soup.
Slurp noodles soaked in soup, eat greens, and nibble on pork.
I feel satisfied that I am eating Jiro type food.
It's a blessing to be able to consistently eat Jiro-style food of this quality near Tokyo Station.
pig
The pork has a crumbly texture and is delicious as always.
At one time, I had the impression that Kaeshi's salty taste was weak, but recently it has been stable over the past few visits.
This time it was on the edge, so the flavor was stronger.
It has a crumbly texture and a strong flavor.
Just having this pork in it will greatly increase your satisfaction level.
Butayama is really strong when the pigs are stable.
Impressions and Rating
It was a taste of stability.
For a while, it seemed like the soup, noodles, or pork would vary every time I visited, but lately it seems to have been pretty stable.
Perhaps its popularity has increased along with this, or perhaps people have become well-known that there is a Butayama at Tokyo Station, but lately there have been lines of people waiting in line even after peak times.
However, it is not as good as Jiro Jiro.
When you factor in customer service and ease of entry, there are many situations in which I don't like Butayama.
I think this is a convenient restaurant when you want to eat a quick Jiro-style meal near Tokyo Station.
By the way, this was my 23rd visit in total.
You can exchange your points for bowls with 50 store visit points (50 visits), so make that your goal.
I'm finally halfway there, so I still have a long way to go, but I'm going to keep going patiently.
