The next time I visit Kumamoto or Kyushu, I will be in perfect physical condition or I won't be able to do any tastings, but I would like to reserve a rental car. .

Heisei Station - Kumamoto Station
After checking out, we headed towards Kumamoto Station.
Since we didn't have a good time for the bus, we decided to go by train.
Nearest station ``Heisei station”.
Literally ``Heisei'', so for me, who was born in the Heisei era, I feel nostalgic somehow.
There are surprisingly few trains to Kumamoto Station, about two per hour, and you have to wait about 20 minutes to board the train.
Kumamoto Station is just one stop away, so it took less than 5 minutes to get there.
Kumamoto is more prosperous around the bus terminal than around Kumamoto Station.
That said, there are commercial facilities and restaurants around Kumamoto Station, so it seems like you can have a lot of fun there.
Suganoya Kumamoto Station store

After the horse sashimi, I was planning to finish my meal with ramen, but it looks like I still have some room in my stomach.

I don't think there are many sushi restaurants where you can enjoy so much local food.
I stopped by for some reason, and was able to enjoy surprisingly delicious sushi.
Kyushu Shinkansen Kumamoto Station - Hakata Station k

There was a Shinkansen at just the right time, so I decided to take it.

It's been about 3 years since I've been to Kumamoto, but I think it's filled with the charm of meat, seafood, and food.
This time I stayed in Kumamoto for a short time, 1 night and 2 days, so next time I would like to stay in Kumamoto a little longer, and although I won't be able to drink alcohol, I would like to see areas such as Aso and Amakusa that can only be reached by rental car.
While I was thinking about this, the Shinkansen arrived and I boarded it and headed towards Hakata.
The journey from Kumamoto to Hakata took about 50 minutes, and after a good night's sleep, we arrived at Hakata Station in no time.
If Hakata wasn't the last stop on the Shinkansen, I might have overslept. .

After a good night's sleep on the Shinkansen, I had some room in my bloated stomach, so I decided to eat udon, a specialty of Fukuoka and Hakata.

I usually prefer chewy udon like Sanuki, Mizusawa, and Inaniwa, but sometimes I like udon with a chewy texture that isn't chewy.
