The soup had some bean sprouts and cabbage in it, but I don't think it was anything special.
Strong salty taste means ``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)”, but the flavor and richness of pork is “Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles)” seems to be stronger.
Noodles
The noodles are the usual flat noodles from Daruma Seimen.
