Hakata Tenjin Shinbashi 2nd store
Today I'm drinking in Shinbashi, and after I'm done drinking, I naturally head to eat some ramen to finish it off.
Shinbashi is a sacred place for office workers, so you won't have any trouble finding a restaurant on weekdays even at night, but after 11pm on Saturdays and Sundays, there are very few shops open after 11pm. .
This time, we will be open for business even under such circumstances.Hakata Tenjin Shinbashi 2nd store” I decided to visit.
Last time ``Hakata Tenjin Shinbashi 1st store”, so I decided to visit the second store.

I visited around 23:30, and although most of the tables were full, the counter was empty, so I was able to enter without waiting.
Ramen
Immediately after taking a seat,Ramen (600 yen)” and the bowl arrived in about a minute.
Let's get it then.
Soup
I felt the tonkotsu was quite creamy and thick.
Last time I ate at the first store, I felt that the soup was quite thin, but this time at the second store, it was really thick.
Noodles
『Hard” I forgot to order it, and the boiling method was ``Normal”.
It had just the right hardness and a chewy texture.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
If you soak it in soup and heat it up, it will become juicy.
The pork was thickly sliced and firm, which is unusual for tonkotsu.
Service: Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) and seaweed
I was asked to move my seat to accommodate two customers at the counter, and when I moved, I was served Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) and seaweed.
Even if they don't provide you with any service, you'll be far behind, but let's take what we can get.
Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) was a fully ripe type.
I think seaweed on tonkotsu is rare.
I think it would be nice to have a different taste as it adds an ocean feel.
Kaedama
One spare ball is free, soHard” I asked.
It will be served in less than a minute.
『Hard”, the noodles will be difficult to loosen and will have a strong wheat taste.
Personally, I think I prefer the ``normal'' one, which I ordered unintentionally due to the degree of boiling.
Next time as well, I will order ``normal'' without specifying the degree of boiling.
Red ginger/takana
*The photo is a reuse from earlier. .
Let's eat the Kaedama with a slightly different taste.
I'm going to add the pickled ginger and mustard greens on the table.
There is a warning on the container, but this mustard mustard is spicy, so be careful not to add too much.
I think pickled ginger and mustard greens are a must for tonkotsu ramen, as they add saltiness and richness.
Impressions
I was able to enjoy the richness of the tonkotsu ramen.
You can eat this for 600 yen, and you get one spare ball for free, so I think it's a pretty good value for money.
The service is quick, so you can enjoy the extra ramen in about 10 minutes, so if you can get in, you can finish off your ramen even just before the last train.
It may just be a coincidence, but I was able to enjoy the richer tonkotsu at the 2nd store than at the 1st store, so I personally recommend the 2nd store.
I would like to visit again to eat the ramen to finish when I drink in Shinbashi.
