Taiyo no Tomato-men Toyosu
Today I am visiting Toyosu.
The reason I came was ``Taiyo no Tomato-men Toyosu” to visit.

For a limited time of 3 days from September (Wednesday) to October 11th (Friday), 2024, around October 10th (Tomato Day), there is a campaign where you can get one free ramen ticket for every bowl of ramen, and I visited last time to get the free ticket.
The free ticket I received there was valid until the end of November, so I came to use it.
I visited at around 18:30 on Saturday, November 30th, and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Chibi Rizo Set (Mini Risotto Set)
Orders are placed from a tablet on the table.
Last time ``Taiyo no Cheese Ramen (980 yen)” and “Chibi Rizzo (160 yen)” were ordered separately, but when I looked carefully at the menu, I saw that they had a set.
So, this time ``Taiyo no Cheese Ramen Chibi Rizo Set (Mini Risotto Set) (1,140 yen)” was selected.
If you order a set, you'll get a 20 yen discount. .
I had completely missed it. .
It would be boring if it was exactly the same as last time, so this time I paid a little bit and said,Basil risotto (+60 yen)” I tried adding.
The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes after ordering.
Let's get it then.
Soup
The chicken-like soup stock, tomatoes, and saltiness gave the impression that I was drinking tomato juice, just like last time.
The ingredients included Edona greens and small chicken Chashu (Braised Pork).
Chashu (Braised Pork) is so good without toppings, so if you want a fuller flavor, we recommend adding toppings.
I added cheese topping this time as well, and cheese is a must topping.
It adds mellowness to the soup.
Noodles
The noodles are thin and have a chewy texture.
The portions are small, so if you're a man, you'll probably need extra rice or a side dish.
Chibi risotto + basil risotto
『Chibi Rizzo' means rice.
By eating it with soup, you can enjoy it in the style of risotto.
The only change from last time is ``basil risotto”.
Powdered cheese, black pepper, fried onions, and basil paste are sprinkled on top of the rice.
When you finish eating the noodles, add the Chibi Rizo.
The correct way to eat it is to pour the desired amount of soup over the rice, but personally, I prefer the soup to be served with jaba jaba, so I put it directly into the bowl.
It goes without saying that tomatoes and basil go well together.
The refreshing taste of basil makes it easy to eat.
Impressions
The bill should have been 1,200 yen for ``Taiyo no Cheese Ramen Chibi Rizo Set (Mini Risotto Set) (1,140 yen)'' and ``Basil Risotto (+60 yen)''.
This time I had a free ticket, so I handed it over and it was 210 yen. . !
Does that mean I get 990 yen off when I use the free ticket? . ?
I'll have to visit again around October 10th (Tomato Day) next year to get a free ticket.
Let's get back to taste.
This time I tried making basil risotto, but it's up to you which topping you prefer. .
I don't think it's a must.
The freshness of the basil makes it easier to eat, but since the ramen itself is light, I don't think the basil needs to make it even lighter. .
Basil and tomatoes go well together, so if you like basil, try using the topping.
I have eaten here twice in the past month.
There is no doubt that this ramen is a complete curve ball, but I think the taste is not bad.
With business hours of 11:00 to 23:00 (Last order 22:30), it is one of the few ramen restaurants in Toyosu that is open until late at night, so it seems like a good place to end your meal.
