The store is located in the underground shopping mall of Esca, which is directly connected to Nagoya Station, so you can enjoy it until the last minute of the Shinkansen train.

This is my first beer of the day, so it tastes delicious.

On the menu is ``Doteni (beef) 990 yen”, but personally, I ordered pork innards because that’s how I imagine it to be.
The offal was soft and odorless, with a rich flavor and richness from the miso, but it wasn't as sweet as it looked, making it perfect as a snack.

I was able to unexpectedly discover the taste of a long-established brewery, and it turned out to be a great drink.
I wasn't able to try the famous kushiage, so I'm looking forward to trying it next time.
