Visit and Queue Information
Visit date: Saturday, August 2025
Visiting time: Around 16:00
Line: 3 people, 5 minute wait
Crowd status: Full
Seat: counter seat
It's a popular store where there's usually always a line.
During lunch time, the wait is often over 20 minutes.
I avoided Saturdays as it was bound to be crowded, but when I visited at a time when it was neither lunch nor dinner, I was able to get in surprisingly quickly.
If there is a line, purchase a ticket at the ticket machine and then connect to the line.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

Menu
Basically, it's Japanese-style yanagi noodles, and you decide what toppings to put on it.
Cha rice is also available as a rice dish.
Japanese style lily noodles
This time, we will introduce the most standard ``Wafu Ramen (Japanese-Style Ramen) (780 yen)” was selected.
It seems to be written as yanagimen and read as ramen.
Let's get it then.
Soup
It tastes as light as it looks.
You can really feel the flavor of the bonito stock and chicken bones.
It contains mitsuba leaves, which pop into your mouth from time to time, resetting your palate with freshness and allowing you to feel the flavor of the stock again.
Noodles
Thin noodle straight type.
It has a crunchy texture and a strong wheat flavor.
It also goes well with soup.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The soup is light and mild, but the chashu is as ferocious as it looks.
It has a juicy, fatty, yet fluffy texture.
Although the meat has a firm texture, I get the impression that it is not unnecessarily greasy.
If you save the chashu until later in the soup and let it submerge in the soup, it will add a pork flavor to the soup.
Flavored egg
It's 780 yen, but half of it comes with Ajitama (Seasoned Egg).
Thank you very much.
The taste is average, but I can't really complain.
Impressions and Rating
It was absolutely delicious.
I think the fact that it's too light is a point where tastes differ, but I personally like it.
I think it might be a little too rich for lunch, but I think you can adjust that by making it with char siu noodles.
Personally, I like to eat it as a finishing touch after drinking alcohol, or for breakfast on days when I'm hungover, or the day after I've had too much to drink, although the business hours are a bit strict.
The store's selling point is ``Yuzu-topped''Japanese-style yuzu yanagi noodles (880 yen)” is also available.
*Since we visited before the price increase, the price may differ from the current price.

I used to think yuzu was a must-have, but lately I think it's my favorite.
Furthermore, I've become a fan of not having yuzu because I can feel the flavor of the soup stock better without it.
It's a little difficult to visit since it's closed on Sundays and public holidays, but be sure to visit multiple times to find your favorite toppings.
