Ikebukuro Hirochan Ramen!
After drinking at a whiskey bar in Ikebukuro, I of course headed for some ramen to finish off my trip.
So, ``Ikebukuro Hirochan Ramen!” I visited.

Recently talked about “Chan-keiPersonally, I am addicted to Chan-kei.
I visited around 21:30, and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles)
The food ticket system is a nice feature, but you can use credit cards and various types of electronic money in addition to cash at the food ticket machine.
Last time I visited,Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)”, so this time I ate “Mori Chinese food (1,000 yen)” I would like to take on the challenge.
Mori Chuka is Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles).
1 bowl of noodles and 2 bowls of noodles were the same price, so I chose 2 bowls even though it was late at night. .
The rice bowl is ready in just over 5 minutes.
Let's get it then.
dipping sauce
You can feel the strong soy sauce and faint pork flavor.
Since it's a dipping sauce, I get the impression that the soy sauce is darker and saltier than the Chinese soba soup.
It's just the right thickness when you add the noodles, but it's also so thick that you can drink it on its own.
Since I was drunk, I found the dark taste to be delicious, so I drank it straight after I finished eating the noodles, but that might not be possible if you were sober. .
Noodles
The noodles are flat noodles made by Daruma Seimen, and I think the noodles are the same for Chinese soba and Mori Chuka.
The chewy texture is slurping and feels good.
The texture of the noodles stands out due to the firm filling, and the texture of the noodles is easier to understand than Chinese noodles.
Although it's only 2 balls, it's surprisingly easy to eat, so if you want to go big for lunch, you might be able to get 3 balls for an extra 100 yen.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The char siu is soft and delicious as always.
It's difficult to count the char siu because it's a guinea pig, but I think it's about 3 pieces.
By making Mori Chuka, the amount of chashu is slightly reduced compared to Chinese soba. .
boiled egg
By making Mori Chinese food, you can also add boiled eggs, so it's a good deal.
It was a hard-boiled egg.
vegetables
There were vegetables (bean sprouts and cabbage) submerged in the soup.
The soy sauce and soup soak in well and it is delicious.
Impressions
It's good to eat chan-kei at the end.
Mori Chinese food was delicious overall.
It's 2 balls of noodles, plus boiled eggs and vegetables, so I think it's good value for money.
It might have been better to order Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer), as the char siu, vegetables, boiled egg, and menma serve as snacks.
However, ``Which is better, Chinese soba or Mori Chuka?Personally, I would say, ``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)I think I would choose ``.
If you want to enjoy Chan-kei, I think Chinese noodles are the way to go because you can fully enjoy the flavor of the soup.
I also thought that char siu on the rice would give you a more Chan-kei flavor. (This can also be done at Mori Chuka.)
I think it's a good idea to choose Chinese noodles if you're going to a restaurant for the first time, and Mori Chuka from your second time onwards.
There are still many Chan-style shops in Tokyo, or rather in the Kanto area, so I'm planning to go and check them out.
