Ikejiri Soba
Today we visited Ikejiri Ohashi Bridge andRudderAfter taking a whiskey seminar at the actual store of ``Chinese noodles Chinodori” I was eating Kamatama Abura Soba.

I went all the way to Ikejiri Ohashi, which is over an hour away from the nearest station, so I can't go home after just one store because I'm so poor.
So, I decided to go to the ``Ikejiri Soba”.

I entered the store around 19:30.
Although the restaurant was not full, there were some regulars who were probably having a few drinks.
『Ikejiri SobaAs the name suggests, you can eat soba at ``Soba'', and there are also other restaurants such as Otsumami (Snacks), where you can use the bar to drink alcohol.
I've had several glasses of whiskey at whiskey seminars, so this time I'll only be using it for food.
Kakiage Soba
At the food ticket machine immediately after entering,Kakiage Soba (Mixed Tempura Soba) (560 yen)'' and give it to the store clerk.
Only cash could be used at the ticket machine.
After ordering, the soba is boiled and the tempura is fried, so it takes a little longer to serve than regular standing soba.
Even so, I think it was served in about 5 minutes.
Although it takes time, we are happy to provide freshly prepared food.
Kakiage
Kakiage is served freshly fried.
Kakiage is not a high-density type, and although it is large in size, it is a low-density type.
I felt the carrots and onions strongly.
When freshly fried, you can enjoy a crispy texture at first, but the coating seemed to peel off easily.
If the batter peels off, it will dissolve into the soup, making the entire soup oily.
Soba Noodles
The soba itself is dark in color and you can really taste the soba flavor.
Tsuyu (Dipping Broth)
The soup is dark in color and has a strong salty taste, just as it looks.
As I wrote earlier, if the batter on the kakiage peels off and dissolves into the soup, you won't be able to enjoy the original flavor of the soup.
Although there wasn't a lot of oil in it, not only the oil but also the batter melted out, making it quite sticky, so I didn't really like this condition. .
Others
Wakame is also topped by default.
The wakame seaweed had a firm texture, so I think it was the raw type, not dried.
Impressions
I feel that they are particular about providing freshly made soba and kakiage.
I'm also impressed by the low price of 560 yen even though it's freshly made.
Personally, I liked it overall, but I felt it was a negative point that the kakiage batter peeled off easily.
Personally, I like to eat my favorite food last, and this time I ate the kakiage little by little, but over time, it started to melt into the soup like this.
So, in the case of this store, I thought that the best way to eat the kakiage would be to finish it early.
Or maybe the correct answer is to choose a different topping other than kakiage.
Well, this is my favorite world, so please use it as a reference when you visit.
