First, let's quickly purchase some souvenirs at the souvenir shop inside Seibu Chichibu Station.
With just under 30 minutes left, I think I'll barely have time to go to one restaurant, so I'm going to force myself to visit.
Including the travel time, the options are shops around Seibu Chichibu Station, and ``Inakaya” I decided to visit.
I visited before 18:00 and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)

I seem to be a fan of shiitake mushrooms, so ``Chichibutaro's grilled shiitake mushrooms (220 yen)” I ordered it.
It was juicy and thick, and the juice overflowed when I bit into it, so it was like drinking shiitake mushroom juice.
It was so delicious that I regret only ordering one.
Grilled hormones dry
Chichibu is also famous for hormones, soGrilled Hormone Dry (500 yen)” I ordered.
It's definitely painful.
Personally, it's tolerable, but it's so spicy that people who don't like spicy food might not be able to eat it.
The umami and spiciness of the offal matched well and it was delicious.

I don't think I was there for more than 20 minutes, but it was almost time for Laview, so I called it a day.
The total bill was 1,920 yen for bottled beer, appetizer, shakushina pickles, grilled shiitake mushrooms, and grilled hormones.
The menu included most of Chichibu's specialties such as game meat such as boar skewers and deer skewers, waraji katsu, pork miso bowl, and soba noodles.

The food I ate this time was delicious, so I think I can look forward to other menu items as well.
