Dotonbori Kamukura Ariake Garden

Today I am visiting Ariake for business.

Ariake is not a place that I visit very often, but I do have the opportunity to visit very rarely.

I think I'll eat some food before I go to work. .

Ariake is basically a residential area with many tower apartments, and there are very few restaurants. .

There is a shopping mall called Ariake Garden, so I decided to eat there this time.

The restaurant area is basically concentrated on the 5th floor, with several individual stores and a food court.

This time I wasn't eating a lot, I just wanted a quick bite, so I went to the food court and...Dotonbori Kamukura Ariake Garden” was selected.

Kamukura is a ramen chain that operates mainly in Osaka, Nara, and Tokyo.

It looks similar to Nara's Tenri ramen, but I like it because it has a light flavor, a good amount of vegetables, and is hearty.

I visited around 17:00 on a weekday, and since it was a food court, I was able to order without waiting.

Oishii Ramen (Delicious Ramen)

This time, or rather, the default “Oishii Ramen (Delicious Ramen) (820 yen)” I will order.

There are enough vegetables in it, so I think the default is enough without any toppings.

The menu also has Gyoza (Dumplings) and fried chicken, so I sometimes order it with beer and drink it before finishing the meal, but since I have plans later that day, I won't order Otsumami (Snacks) and alcohol and will just have the ramen alone.

After ordering, you will be given a bell, which is unique to a food court, and the bell will ring in about 5 minutes to pick up your food.

Let's get it then.

Soup

This soup has the richness of pork fat, soy sauce, and sweetness of vegetables.

If you look at the soup alone, it has a light taste.

Noodles

Thin egg noodles with some waves.

It has a smooth texture and when you chew it, you can feel the taste of wheat and eggs.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

The char siew is large and rare.

You can taste the flavor of the meat, but at the same time, you can also smell the smell of pork, so some people who don't like it may not like it.

If you don't like it rare, you can soak the chashu in the soup and eat it at the end so it's almost cooked.

Ingredients

The ingredients include Chinese cabbage and pork belly.

Chinese cabbage has a crunchy texture and a sweet taste, but it has a strong texture accent.

The roses bring out the flavor and richness of the fat.

It contains a lot of Chinese cabbage and has a nice texture, so it feels more filling than it looks.

Leek

Chives are a must-try when you come to Kamiza.

If it's a regular store, it's on the table, but since it's a food court, it's placed at the food court, so don't forget to pick it up.

I mentioned that the soup is light, but the addition of chives gives it more punch and junkiness.

The taste varies greatly from light to junky, and the addition of chives transforms it into something almost completely different.

Freshly added chives have a noticeable spiciness, so the best time to eat them is when they are slightly cooked.

I didn't add it on this day because I was worried about bad breath, but grated garlic is also recommended.

Well, even chives have a certain effect on bad breath, so I could have added them. .

Impressions

Kamiza had a delicious taste of stability.

I think this is one of the top choices for a quick meal in Ariake, where there are few restaurants.

In Tokyo, there are stores at major stations such as Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, and Shibuya.

It's a chain restaurant and there are many other options at these stations, so it's easy to get lost, but I think it's consistently delicious, so give it a try if you feel like it.

For now, I recommend it when you want to eat something quick in Ariake.
