Reservations are required, so make a reservation and visit.
Reservations are relatively easy to make, but I think it's best to make reservations at least one month in advance for Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 p.m.
This time, “Anatae / To youI bought a ticket for the Omakase Course + wine pairing/limited all-you-can-drink plan from a website called ``Omakase Course'' and visited with my wife.
The ticket itself costs 17,600 yen (for one person), but there are regular sales on the website, and I think you can buy it for around 15,000 yen on average.
We were lucky and were able to purchase one for about 11,000 yen.
The ticket itself can be electronic or paper, and you can use it yourself or give it as a gift.
You can also book a similar plan from Tabelog, but it costs 16,000 yen, so it seems like it would be a little cheaper to buy a ticket.
At the time of our visit, there were three groups using tickets, including us, and the staff said that they see people using them quite often.
Please note that if you wish to use a ticket, you must make the reservation over the phone, rather than online through Tabelog, and let them know that you will be using the ticket.

Omakase Course
The course consists of 3 small plates and 15 pieces of nigiri.
Some people may think that 15 pieces of nigiri is a lot, but don't worry, you can adjust the amount of sushi.
Now, let me introduce what I received this time.
1st glass: Sparkling wine
For the first glass, I had a choice of beer or sparkling wine, so I chose sparkling wine.
My impression is that you can drink one for 2,000 to 3,000 yen at the actual retail price.
It has a fruity white grape flavor and a dry feel, making it great for toasting and also goes well with cooking.
1st item: Sweet potato grinding
The sweetness is modest and gives the impression of a sweet potato flavor.
2nd item: Fried squid spring rolls
Since it contains liver, there is a slight fishy smell, but I think it's tolerable.
This may be your first time trying grilled spring rolls.
It had a unique texture between raw and fried.
Japanese Pear and Shine Muscat
Tosa vinegar jelly is on top of Japanese pear and shine muscat.
Yes, I would like to eat this separately and I would like it to be served as a dessert. .
Gari
Gari has red vinegar with a sweet and salty taste, so I think it also contains sugar and salt.
Since the gari has been provided, the nigiri will begin from here.
Shari
The sushi cutting is done right in front of your eyes, so it's fun to perform as well.
The rice is a blend of three types, including Ichihomare from Fukui Prefecture, and a 2:1 blend of red vinegar aged for 7 to 8 years and rice vinegar.
First of all, although it is not a business card, I will have freshly cut sushi rice.
Since it has not yet been absorbed into the rice, you can clearly feel the sour and salty taste, and the aftertaste is rich with red vinegar.
The rice should be cooked so hard that you can feel the grains.
1st piece: Tuna roll
There is also a performance of grilling tuna.
It contains a variety of parts, and the fat is just a little, giving you the flavor of the sinew.
The sourness of the sushi rice and the seaside feel of the seaweed are added to this.
You can clearly feel the acidity of the sushi rice, giving the impression that the vinegar hasn't absorbed it yet, and I feel like I'd rather eat the tuna alone.
2nd piece: Scallop
You can really feel the sweetness.
I get the impression that the rice is still floating.
2nd glass: red wine
Fruits, especially berry-like, rich, and mineral-like impressions.
I think this goes well with seafood and soy sauce.
If you don't like wine, you can also choose Nihonshu (Sake).
Before serving alcohol, the staff will ask you if you would like wine, so be sure to include your favorite flavor in your request.
My wife had changed to Nihonshu (Sake).
3rd piece: Golden sea bream
Although the flavor was weak, the aroma the moment I put it in my mouth was something to behold.
I get the impression that Shari has become familiar to me around here.
4th piece: Sardine
You can feel the aroma and flavor unique to blue fish.
I personally like it, but I don't think people who don't like it will be able to eat it.
This aroma and flavor go well with red wine.
5th piece: Bonito
Instant smoked using hardwood chips.
Smoking will also be shown as a performance.
It has a chewy texture and a slight smoked aroma, eliminating the smell of bonito.
6th piece: Amberjack
The amberjack is pickled in soy sauce and topped with sweet and sour pickled radish.
Pickling daikon radish eliminates the smell of amberjack, leaving you with just the flavor.
Third glass: white wine
Green apple, nuts, and a dry impression.
It's delicious if you drink it alone, but I wonder how it would be as a pairing.
There is only one bottle, but the staff will move the bottle one by one for customers ordering the pairing course and let them take pictures.
We were the last to be seated, but from this point onwards, the bottles stopped passing around.
So, there are no more photos of the drinks.
7th piece: Shrimp tempura
This shrimp tempura is supervised by Miyashiro, a tempura restaurant that has earned one Michelin star.
I couldn't really taste the shrimp itself, it was basically just the taste of the sauce and shari.
8th piece: Mahata
It is topped with pear ponzu sauce and has an interesting taste.
The Mahata itself has a strong flavor.
9th piece: White?
It has a sticky texture and when you bite into it, you can really feel the flavor.
4th glass: Red wine
It was Chianti, with a dusty taste of acidity and old wine.
10th piece: Medium Toro
I felt the temperature of the material was high.
While I could feel the flavor and aroma, I didn't notice any odor, although it's easy to notice a smell if it's too high.
11th piece: Swordfish
The meat is fluffy and has a strong flavor and fat.
12th piece: Autumn swordfish
You can feel the aroma and flavor unique to blue fish, as well as the fat.
Due to the searing and grated radish, there is no smell at all, and only the best parts of the blue fish are brought out.
It's autumn.
5th glass: Red wine
There was also red wine at the end, but it was too sweet.
It seems too sweet and doesn't go well with cooking. .
13th piece: Sujiko
It is seasoned with kelp and has a strong flavor.
The salt content is low and you can really taste the ingredients.
14th piece: Pickled cucumber
Accented with black pepper.
It's delicious with pickled rice bran, sushi rice, and black pepper.
15th piece: Conger eel
The impression is that it has a fluffy texture and sweet claws.
The bones are slightly noticeable.
bowl
It tasted like mentsuyu.
It is seasoned with shichimi, giving it a spicy and refreshing taste.
Added: Purple sea urchin
The course ends with the bowl, and from here on there are more additions.
I was told that I could taste and compare the sea urchins, so I asked.
First up is purple sea urchin.
It has a sweet and sticky texture.
The taste is rich, but the richness disappears quickly on the finish, giving way to a refreshing impression.
Added: Bafununi
It feels richer and has a stronger sweetness.
There were some alums.
ball
This is also included in the course.
The texture is somewhere between pudding and tamagoyaki, with a sweet and shrimp flavor.
Impressions and Rating
Since you already paid for the course when you purchased your ticket, you will pay for the additional amount.
My wife also had one piece of purple sea urchin, so we had three pieces for the two of us, which cost about 5,000 yen.
Some drinks are included in the course, while others, such as the premium Nihonshu (Sake), are not included in the course, and my wife may have ordered them.
When ordering additional items or items that are not included in the course, there will be an explanation, so be sure to listen carefully.
I was able to purchase tickets for about 11,000 yen each, so the total cost was about 26,000 yen.
You can eat a course and drink 5 drinks for this price, so it's cheap.
Just looking at the taste of the sushi, I get the impression that it's worth the price of 10,000 to 15,000 yen, or rather good value for money.
In terms of overall taste and service, my impression is that it is inferior to counter sushi in the 20,000 to 30,000 class.
I don't think there's a need to go out of your way if you're used to eating counter sushi, but if it's your first time eating counter sushi, it might be a good idea.
Taste: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆ (6)
Cost performance: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7)
