Tokujo Shoyu Ramen (Premium Soy Sauce Ramen)

During my last visit,Special SIO Ramen”, so this time I will write “Tokujo Shoyu Ramen (Premium Soy Sauce Ramen) (1,780 yen)” was selected.

If you make it special, it will be topped with Ajitama (Seasoned Egg), wonton, and seaweed.

After handing over the meal ticket, the rice bowl arrived in just over 5 minutes.

Let's get it then.

Soup

I could definitely feel the chicken, but I also picked up a slight odor coming from the skin.

I think the chicken flavor comes from the chicken oil, but I wonder if it was extracted poorly.

Kaeshi is also effective, and you can feel the richness and flavor.

Noodles

Thin noodle straight type.

Although it had a chewy texture, I had the impression that it was slightly overcooked.

SIO and noodles seem to be the same.

Char siu ①

There are two types of chashu: loin and thigh or udé.

Let's start with the loin.

It's probably hung-roasted, so it's smoky, and has plenty of moisture, so it's still juicy and meaty.

Char siu ②

I think this is a peach or a ude.

I got the impression that this one had a strong dryness.

Flavored egg

Due to the dark color of the egg yolk, the taste is as strong as it looks.

Wonton

Wonton has a strong meat and chive flavor, and personally I feel like it's water Gyoza (Dumplings).

My personal preference would be to place a little more emphasis on the chewy texture of the dough.

Impressions

I had the SIO the first time, and the soy sauce the second time, and the Ramen Jazzy Beats were delicious.

However, I personally think SIO was better.

I was worried about the smell of the soup or the skin of the chicken oil.

This may be due to blurring. .

The noodles and char siu, Ajitama (Seasoned Egg), were still to my liking.

Now that I think about it, I was just writing this and remembered that last time too, the wontons were a little off to my liking. .

When it comes to wontons, there are no toppings.Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) Soy sauce (personally...SIO) Ramen (1,450 yen)' may be the best solution.

I think it's becoming commonplace for a bowl of ramen to cost over 1,000 yen, and with special toppings added to over 1,500 yen.

In that sense, I think it makes sense that the special item costs 1,780 yen with this content.

And I think it's satisfying in terms of taste.

The menu also includes chicken nibo and mixed soba noodles, so next time I would like to come back to try something else or have SIO.
