Preface
Today will be held at the Whiskey Culture Research Institute.Niigata Kameda DistilleryI came to the halfway point between Hiroo and Ebisu to participate in the seminar.

I woke up around 11:00, probably due to my poor diet, and the seminar started at 1:00 p.m.
It takes about an hour to get to the Whiskey Culture Research Institute from my home.
If I left around 12:00, I would be able to make it to the seminar with plenty of time, but I ended up at such a delicate time that I didn't have time to eat breakfast or lunch.
I thought I would barely make it in time, but I didn't want to be late, so I ended up attending the seminar without eating.
The seminar itself was quite satisfying, and I was able to concentrate and forget about my hunger during the seminar.
Satake Ebisu store
After the seminar, I felt extremely hungry and quickly walked to Ebisu Station.Satake Ebisu store”.

I ordered ``Kakiage Soba (Mixed Tempura Soba) (cold)”.
Normally, I always eat warm soba noodles at stand-up soba restaurants, whether it's winter or summer.
However, the selling point of this shop is that they serve 100 percent soba noodles.
Personally, my choice is that if it's Juwari Soba, it should be eaten cold.
There is evidence that credit cards and transportation ICs could be used in the food ticket machine, but at the time of our visit only cash could be used.
The food ticket machine and the kitchen are linked, so there is no need to hand over your food ticket; your number will be called when your food is ready, so just grab a seat or water and wait.
Unlike regular standing soba restaurants, the cooking time is a little longer.
I think my number was called after about 5 minutes.
Kakiage Soba (Mixed Tempura Soba) (cold)
Kakiage and Mori Soba.
『Mori soba with seaweed?” I think there are many people who are curious about this, so let me touch on it first.
This shop has all-you-can-eat seaweed.
There is a large amount of wakame seaweed near the receiving counter, and you can fill it up with as much as you like.
In terms of texture, I think it's probably raw wakame, not dried wakame.
There was a warning, but when serving wakame, use common sense and the amount you can eat.
Soba Noodles
Let's get back to soba noodles.
It's 100%, so I'll just have the soba noodles first.
The soba itself is thick and boiled to a firm consistency, giving it a chewy texture.
When you bite into it, you can really feel the flavor of soba as it is 100% full.
Next, I will dip it in the soup.
The soup has a salty taste.
It's not so dark that you only need to apply it to the tips of the buckwheat noodles, and I feel like it's a little darker than what you'd normally get.
Kakiage
The kakiage seems to have a lot of burdock and carrots.
You can feel the sweetness of the root vegetables and oil.
The high point is that it is fried crispy and not soggy.
By adding kakiage to the soup, the oil will make the soup sweeter.
Some people may say that the soup for soba and tempura should be separated.
I think this is a matter of preference.
Sobayu
Some of you may have noticed, but soba-yu is included.
The strong soba flavor that comes from Juwari was melting out.
Impressions
The price is now 560 yen.
Juwari soba noodles come with unlimited wakame seaweed and soba soup, so is 560 yen enough? It was the content and taste that I thought.
The store is very close to Ebisu Station, so it's in a very good location, and if it's close to your neighborhood or workplace, you'll be able to go there.
I wouldn't say that people who come to Tokyo on a trip or live in the Kanto region would go out of their way to visit, but there are many other delicious restaurants in Ebisu and neighboring Shibuya, so it's difficult to find a place to use it. .
Please remember this store when you are in Ebisu and need a quick bite to eat.
