Taiyo no Tomato-men Toyosu
Until recently,Tonkatsu Den Toyosu” and my wife had a tonkatsu set meal, but I settled on alcohol and snacks.

That's because I wanted to finish the meal somewhere else.
I took my wife window shopping at LaLaport, and while I was there, I went to the store that I was looking for.Taiyo no Tomato-men Toyosu”.

October 10th is Tomato Day, so a campaign was held for three days from September (Wednesday) to October 11th (Friday), 2024, where you could get one free ticket for every bowl of ramen.
The timing was perfect, and I decided to visit if I could get a free ticket.
I remember seeing tomato noodles for the first time after moving to Tokyo and being shocked that such stylish ramen existed in Tokyo.
However, the last time I ate it was over 5 years ago in my memory.
I remember having the impression that it was more like pasta than ramen, but I wonder what it's like now. .
I visited around 7pm, and although the store was quite crowded, I was alone so I was able to enter without waiting.
Taiyo no Cheese Ramen + Chibi Rizo (Mini Risotto)
This time, the base “sun ramen” with cheese topping.Taiyo no Cheese Ramen (980 yen)” and “Chibi Rizzo (160 yen)” I ordered.
Ordering was done from a tablet on the table, and the food was served in about 5 minutes.
Let's get it then.
Soup
You can't feel the nuances of the chicken-like soup stock, but the tomato and saltiness are noticeable.
To put it simply, it's like tomato juice with a strong dashi stock.
The ingredients included Edona mustard and chicken Chashu (Braised Pork).
I used cheese topping, but I think it would be better to have cheese as a topping.
Two types of cheese are sprinkled on it: powdered cheese and mixed cheese like you would put on pizza.
The powdered cheese is good, but the mixed cheese side was quite easy to curdle.
Noodles
The noodles are thin and chewy, similar to those found in tonkotsu ramen.
The portions aren't large, so if you're a man, I think it's a good idea to order extra rice or rice.
Chibi Rizzo
Chibirizo means rice.
Powdered cheese, black pepper, and fried onions are sprinkled on top.
When you finish eating the noodles, add the Chibi Rizo.
The pepper was a good accent.
By the way, after doing some research, it seems that the correct answer was to pour the desired amount of soup on the rice side.
Personally, I think it tastes better when there's a fair amount of soup, so I think it's okay to add it directly to the bowl.
Impressions
Overall, it's tomato noodles, not ramen.
It's not ramen, it's the same feeling as Jiro.
It's been a few years since I last ate there, but it wasn't bad.
It might be a good idea to try it like a soup pasta.
Cheese is a must, and there are toppings that would go well with it, such as coriander and basil, so I feel like it's worth customizing with toppings.
I also received a free ticket, so I think I'll try it next time I visit.
