Located in Toyosu Forestia,Tonkatsu Den Toyosu” I visited.
This was my fourth visit.

The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu)
As on my previous visit, I ordered Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu) (2,200 yen)” I ordered.
I chose the same item again, and it was reliably delicious this time as well.
The Iwachubuta tonkatsu comes with cabbage, gohan (rice), miso shiru (miso soup), and tsukemono (Japanese pickles).
Cabbage, rice, and miso soup include unlimited refills.
So let's have it.
Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu)
First of all, the main ``Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu)”.
Once again, it delivered the same reliably delicious flavor.
Rock salt is served alongside the tonkatsu.
While the tonkatsu is freshly served and hot, rock salt is the best accompaniment.
The rock salt highlights the savory pork flavor and the sweetness of its fat.
I picked up a thick slice of tonkatsu with my chopsticks and enjoyed it.
Once it cools slightly later in the meal, the tonkatsu sauce becomes a better choice.
I recommend using rock salt immediately after serving, then switching to sauce later as the tonkatsu cools.
cabbage
This is the cabbage.
It is served alongside the tonkatsu.
It was so fresh and delicious that even I—someone usually content to get vegetables from supplements—asked for one refill.
Gohan (Rice)
It's dinner.
I enjoyed it with the Iwachubuta tonkatsu.
Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles)
This is Tsukemono (Japanese Pickles).
They are included with the set meal.
miso soup
This is Miso Shiru (Miso Soup).
Rice and miso soup also include unlimited refills, and I had one refill of each.
Impressions and Rating
『Tonkatsu Den Toyosu, I once again ordered Iwachubuta (Premium Pork Tonkatsu)” I received it.
This time too, the taste was consistent.
Using rock salt while the tonkatsu is freshly served and hot brings out the savory pork flavor and the sweetness of its fat.
Once it cools slightly later in the meal, sauce seems to work better.
For this Iwachubuta tonkatsu, rock salt immediately after serving and sauce later in the meal felt like the ideal progression.
Tonkatsu Den is consistently good and offers flavor a step above the typical tonkatsu chain.
I would return whenever I want reliably delicious tonkatsu in Toyosu.
