Minister Torikawa KITTE Hakata Kushibo
『Wellbe FukuokaAfter taking a short break, it was almost time for my flight, so I headed to Hakata Station.

That said, I still have time for one drink, so I decided to go ahead and enjoy Fukuoka's famous chicken skin.Minister Hakata Torikawa KITTE Hakata Kushibo” I decided to visit.

I visited around 5:30 pm, but the tables were already full and there was a little space at the counter, so I managed to get a seat.
This day is a weekday, though. . What time does everyone finish work? . !?
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
I thought Suntory draft bottled beer was rare, but at Kumamoto Station'sAmakusa HERO Sushi Ushibukamaru Kumamoto Station Branch'But I saw it, so I guess it's not that rare. .

Or does it just have a high market share in Kyushu?
With that in mind, I'm going to drink it right away.
I walked from Wellbe to Hakata Station, so the combination of sauna and exercise makes the beer taste great.
Otoshi (Appetizer)
Otoshi is cabbage and served with sauce on the table.
It's nothing special, but it refreshes your mouth after eating skewers.
Dharm
Dalm (pig small intestine) has arrived.
It has a really porky taste and smell and is delicious.
Personally, I love the texture and odor because they are inextricably linked to the flavor, but I think there are people who don't like it. .
Nankotsu
Next is the arrival of Nankotsu.
It's not as strong as dalm, but it has a good amount of pork flavor and smell, and the crunchy texture is delicious.
I think this is also bad for people who are bad at it. .
Torikawa salt
On the photo
The arrival of the famous chicken skin, which gave the restaurant its name.
First of all, salt.
It's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it's definitely different from the chicken skin you usually eat.
Torikawa sauce
Photo bottom
Next is the sauce.
The texture was the same as salt, but the sauce was burnt and had a burnt taste.
Impressions
The bill was 1,548 yen for a quick bottled beer, 6 skewers, and an appetizer.
I had high expectations for Fukuoka's Toripi, but personally I found it a bit disappointing. .
The texture was definitely crispier and chewier than the regular chicken skin, which has a mushy texture, but I got the impression that the flavor was missing along with the fat.
I think they are trying to compensate for the lost fat and flavor with salt and sauce, but I think the saltiness is just being added, and the too much sauce makes it look burnt.
I feel like I can eat normal chicken skin with this. .
Still, the dalm and naankotsu were delicious, so it might be a good idea to order something other than chicken skin at this restaurant. .
It's too early to make a judgment based on just one store, and I don't think it's a good idea to make a judgment based only on a local chain in Fukuoka.
Next time I visit Fukuoka, I plan to visit one or two more stores and try to find some more Torihi.
