Yakiniku Staminaen Toriton Toyosu Branch
yesterday"Yakiniku Staminaen Toriton Toyosu BranchWhen I told my wife that I had visited there, she said she wanted to go too, so we decided to visit for two days in a row.

Yesterday was my first yakiniku trip in my life, and today I accomplished the feat of visiting the same yakiniku restaurant two days in a row for the first time in my life.
You never know what life will bring.
Although it was a weekday, I was able to reserve a table starting at 19:00 by phone on the same day.
During my stay, some customers were refused entry as the restaurant was full, so it would be a good idea to make a reservation.
Especially in Toyosu, there aren't many restaurants, so it's difficult to find an alternative. .
Now let's order.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all, the usual ``Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)” From.
Beer goes with Yakiniku, right?
I accept the objection.
Japanese senmai sashimi
As Otsumami (Snacks)Japanese senmai sashimi” I ordered.
It has a crunchy texture and flavor and is delicious.
Kobukuro sashimi
I ordered it yesterday too.Kobukuro sashimi” I ordered today as well.
The best thing is that my wife seems to like it too.
Gyu Tan Shio (Salted Beef Tongue)

Yakiniku starts with the tongue, so...Gyu Tan Shio (Salted Beef Tongue)” I ordered.
Looking at the tip of the tongue, it was delicious, with just the right amount of fat, chewy, and the flavor of Akami (Lean Tuna).
Maboroshi no Horumon (Signature Pork Offal)
Above photo left
It was delicious last time, so ``Maboroshi no Horumon (Signature Pork Offal)” I also ordered.
It's a chicken hormone.
It has a stable taste.
Nankotsu Moriawase (Assorted Cartilage)
The usual ``Nankotsu Moriawase (Assorted Cartilage)” I also ordered.
This also has a stable taste.
Up to this point, it's almost like a review of the last time, and I tried the delicious menu.
From now on, I'm going to try some menu items that I've never ordered before.
Kashira

The flavor of the meat was quite strong and it was delicious.
Jo Nankotsu (Premium Pork Cartilage)
Center of photo above
Nankotsu no Moriawase (Assorted Cartilage) has a strong texture, but this one has the impression of being quite soft.
When I chewed it, I felt a strong flavor, and I think I'll order this next time I visit.
Korikori (Pork Aorta)

This is the Hatsumoto part that is also included in Nankotsu Moriawase (Assorted Cartilage).
I have ordered this before, and as the name suggests, it has an interesting texture, Korikori (Pork Aorta).
Hitokuchi Reimen (Small Korean Cold Noodles)
I've thoroughly enjoyed the yakiniku, so it's time to finish the meal.
So, ``Hitokuchi Reimen (Small Korean Cold Noodles)” I ordered.
It's certainly mini-sized, but it's not a mouthful, it's only about 2 to 3 bites.
Ishiyaki Curry (Stone-Pot Curry)
The curry is a little spicy, but the addition of cheese makes it quite mild.
In terms of quantity, it's somewhere between mini and regular, and it's the perfect amount to finish off your meal.
Impressions
With the 10 dishes I introduced, including two bottles of Bin Biru (Bottled Beer) and two glasses of lemon sour ordered by my wife, the bill for the two of us was approximately 9,000 yen.
After visiting several times, I feel that the correct answer is to go for the salty Nankotsu type + hormone type at this store.
If you're a teenager or in your 20s, you might feel unsatisfied with the oiliness, but now that you're in your 30s, I feel like this is the best choice.
I think I'll come back again when I want to enjoy yakiniku without feeling heavy on my stomach.
