The shop is located under the elevated railway line that runs from Yurakucho Station to Tokyo Station, and is almost on the Tokyo Station side.
Kameido is so densely packed with hormone (yakiniku) specialty restaurants that it is called the holy land of hormones, and I used to go there regularly when I was in my 20s.
Suddenly, my memories of when I was in my 20s came back to me and I wanted to eat that fresh offal, so I chose this restaurant this time.
Nowadays, there are Kameido Hormone branches all over Tokyo, so you can enjoy fresh Hormone without having to go all the way to Kameido.
When I looked into it, it appears that the main store is a limited company with only one store, and everything else other than the main store is a franchise run by another company.
Originally, the main store opened in Ebisu, and the company that operates the current franchise took over the business as Kameido Hormone, and it seems that they have expanded the store from there (References), I don't think there is a big difference in taste between the main store and other stores.

The salt sauce makes it easy to understand the taste and richness of the meat.

Reimen (Cold Noodles)
The noodles seemed soft.
Personally, I like chewy noodles, so I don't think this is to my liking.
Also, they don't seem to provide vinegar, and the salt sauce on the table is vinegar-based, so if you want to add sourness, please use that.
Salt sauce adds a salty taste, so you can't add it too much. .
Personally, I like it with a strong sour taste, so this was also not to my liking.
Impressions
The total bill was about 10,000 yen, including the 10 menu items I introduced, 2 bottles of Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer), and 2 sours that my wife ordered.
Both offal and single dishes cost around 700 yen, which is surprisingly cheap unless you order things like skirt steak or short ribs.
My personal recommendation is to eat only hormones at this restaurant.
I think hormones are overwhelmingly delicious.
Personally, I think the correct answer is to order white rice instead of cold noodles if you are hungry.
When it comes to hormones, there are also offal and meat-like hormones such as tsusurami and sagari, so you can be satisfied with just the hormones, even if you don't order short ribs.
Lastly, there are two things to keep in mind when visiting this store.
The first thing is that the clothes smell really bad.
The offal is grilled over charcoal, so as you can see, there's a lot of smoke.
There is a ventilation fan, but if the airflow is disrupted by opening and closing the door, the smoke will turn white in front of your eyes, so please be careful about what clothes you wear.
The second point is that it makes your stomach feel heavy.
A few hours after eating, my stomach suddenly feels heavy.
I think it would be a good idea to take gastrointestinal medicines such as Solmac to take care of yourself.
Even with the precautions taken into account, it's so addictive that you'll want to eat it again, so I might go there soon.
If possible, I would like you to experience it while you are in your 20s, when you can fully enjoy fat.
