Visit and Queue Information
Visit date: Sunday, April 2026
Visiting time: around 12:30
Queue: none
Crowd status: I get the impression that the store is about half full.
Seats: Standing seating
YouTube's ``Unjash Watabe is a location scouting program with the dream of appearing on a terrestrial gourmet show someday. This is a shop that also appeared in ``.
The nearest station is Aomono-yokocho Station, but it is also within walking distance from Shinagawa Seaside Station.
Although it is a stand-up soba restaurant, the atmosphere is a little different from the typical station soba.
It takes a while to be served, so I get the impression that it's more of a restaurant where you can enjoy hand-made soba while standing up, rather than a quick stand-up soba restaurant.
Ordering and Payment
Payment method: Cash, transportation IC card, QR code payment possible
Purchase a ticket from the ticket machine outside, enter the store, and hand it to the staff.
Once the food is cooked, you will be called by the menu name, so it is a good idea to take off your earphones after entering the restaurant.
Menu
The menu includes hot, cold, and dipping types such as mori and colander, as well as rice-based sets.
There is also a wide variety of tempura and meat-based toppings on the menu.
chilled meat
This time, “Chilled meat (1,000 yen)” I ordered.
It took less than 10 minutes to serve.
So let's have it.
Soba Noodles
The soba is Nihachi soba.
You can really feel the aroma and taste.
Since it is chilled, it has a firm texture.
Although it falls under the category of standing-eating soba, it is different from the general standing-eating soba that you find near stations.
It really feels like eating soba noodles.
When you bite into it, you can feel the flavor of soba, and by eating it chilled, you can enjoy the texture even more.
Tsuyu (Dipping Broth)
I only took pictures and then melted the grated daikon radish immediately afterwards, so to be honest, I couldn't really enjoy the soup alone.
However, when grated daikon radish is dissolved, you can feel the moderate spiciness, freshness, and sweetness of daikon radish.
The flavor of bonito and salt are added to it.
It doesn't overpower the flavor of the soba and you can enjoy it refreshingly.
meat
I had imagined that the meat would be loose or shredded, but it was a single piece of meat.
This surprised me a little.
The moment I saw it, I thought,Toyoshima” I remembered.

It is well-cooked and excess fat has been drained off.
It's not too greasy, and it doesn't feel dry either.
The meat on top of the soba noodles is quite satisfying.
Impressions and Rating
At Aomono-yokocho,Sobakiri Uchiba” I received chilled meat.
It takes less than 10 minutes to be served, and the price is honestly high for a stand-up soba restaurant.
It's expensive, but once you try it, you'll understand why.
It's like eating standing at a normal handmade soba restaurant.
It's more expensive than standing soba noodles, but cheaper than regular handmade soba restaurants.
When you think about it, I think the store is in a pretty good position.
However, soba is soba.
When asked if I would like to go out of my way to visit Aomono-yokocho and Shinagawa Seaside, I personally am not sure.
That said, it's a store you'll want to visit if you have something to do nearby.
Highly recommended when you want to eat some good soba noodles around Shinagawa Seaside or Aomono-yokocho.
