Ramen Horiuchi Shimbashi
Today, after drinking at a bar in Shinbashi, I'm thinking about which ramen restaurant to visit.
There are many ramen shops in Shinbashi, and there are all types of rich ramen such as Iekei, Jiro, and Rasho, as well as slightly rich and light types such as pork bone and chicken paitan.
Also, since the business hours are short, it is difficult to use it as a closing, but the popular "Chan-kei” etc.
Among the many shops, today I chose ``Ramen Horiuchi Shimbashi” I decided to visit.

This is a restaurant that I visited many times for lunch when I used to work at Shinbashi Rabe.
Also, on the signboard ``Shinjuku” As written in Shinjuku, “Ramen Horiuchi Shinjuku Main Store” is there.

Zaru Ramen
The noodles are ``Ramen” or “Zaru Ramen” There are two choices.
Horiuchi is famous for having an incredible amount of chashu in their chashu ramen/zaru ramen.
『Official Website” According to the information, there is 200g of chashu.
There are so many that we even have a menu called 100g half pork ramen/zaru ramen. (Shinbashi store only)
I feel like having a large amount of meat would be good on this day, so...Zaru Ramen (850 yen)” I ordered.
You can get Omori (Large Portion) for an extra 30 yen, so of course I'll choose Omori (Large Portion).
Noodles
It is distinctive in that it is topped with seaweed.
Just like the difference between mori soba (without nori) and zaru soba (with nori), I believe that because it is zaru ramen, it has nori on it.
These are flat noodles with a slightly yellowish tint.
It is a cold serving that is thoroughly covered with water.
It has a smooth texture and a firm texture.
dipping sauce
This is a dipping sauce that has a stronger flavor than soy sauce.
It's a little spicy because it contains chili pepper.
Menma and chashu are hidden in the dipping sauce.
The menma is normal, but the chashu pork has a bit of an animal quality to it, and although it's a small amount, it's very filling.
Soup portion
There is a pot of soup on the counter, so I put it in when I finish eating the noodles.
By adding soup stock, it becomes even more animalistic.
The dipping sauce itself is not that strong, so I think you can drink it as is.
Well, it's up to you here.
Impressions
The soup has a gamey taste to it, so I think people will either like it or dislike it.
However, I think it's a flavor that will appeal to people who like it.
Personally, I'm quite impressed with it, so when I worked in Shinbashi and other areas, I used to come there during the day, and now I come here at night.
People may like it or dislike it, so I recommend that you take a look at some of my posts and visit if you think it suits your tastes.
It is open from 7:00 on weekdays.Morning ramenThere seems to be a menu like this.
The opening hours are quite long, until 3:00 AM on weekdays and Saturdays, so it's convenient.
I think I'll come back again to finish off a drink in Shinbashi or Ginza.
