There are stores at almost every major station in Tokyo, so I'm sure many people have seen them at least once.

I visited on a Saturday around 7pm and was able to get in without waiting, but as I was eating, the place quickly filled up, and by the time I finished eating, there was a line waiting to get in.

You cannot choose the sushi toppings, but you can choose from draft beer, sours, highballs, Nihonshu (Sake), and soft drinks.
If you order a single item, the draft beer is 600 yen, and the sushi is 120 yen to 180 yen per piece, but 4 pieces and an egg are 75 yen, so I think 980 yen is cheap for this item.

The eggs were mediocre, giving the impression that you would get eggs from conveyor belt sushi chains or supermarket sushi.

It's been getting a lot of bad reviews so far, and to be honest, the only thing that tastes good is the draft beer, but I think it's time to turn things around.
That's ``Fried geso mayo”.
It is made by putting mayonnaise on raw sesame seeds and roasting them thoroughly on a burner.
The chewy texture and flavor of Geso go well with mayonnaise.
You can eat it as is, or you can eat it with a little soy sauce.
Moreover, it's cheap at 75 yen per piece (you can order 2 pieces for 150 yen).

The bill was 1,820 yen for the evening drink set, 3 shellfish set, and Yaki Geso Mayo (Grilled Squid Tentacles with Mayonnaise).
Honestly, I do not recommend visiting this store to eat sushi.
The quality of the ingredients ranges from commensurate to the price, so I feel like I'd be more satisfied if I went to a conveyor belt sushi chain.
Also, one of the charms of standing sushi is that you can order one piece at a time, and you get to eat a variety of toppings, but at this restaurant, orders start from two pieces each for under 230 yen.
However, if you are visiting to eat "Yaki Geso Mayo (Grilled Squid Tentacles with Mayonnaise)", I recommend it.
I visited a different store last time, and like this time, the ingredients were generally a little weird, but...Fried geso mayo'I thought it was super delicious.
This time I visited other stores to see what they were like, but my impressions were the same.
