Rich meat soba Hinozin
When I was about to change trains at Nagatacho Station, I discovered an area with a lot of restaurants inside the Nagatacho Station ticket gate.
I was just thinking about what to have for lunch, so I thought I'd give it a try.
There were various shops, but this time we chose 'Kokuuma Niku Soba Hinojin Echika Fit NagatachoI decided to visit ``.
Nikujiru Soba (Soba with Meat Dipping Broth)
This time, there was a description that it was a specialty, so ``Nikujiru Soba (Soba with Meat Dipping Broth) (980 yen)” I ordered it.
Omori (Large Portion) Since it was said to be free, I asked for Omori (Large Portion).
I think it's the so-called Minato-ya inspired type of dipping sauce with cold soba noodles and warm beef.
The Minatoya Lounge post is ``here』
The inside of the store is similar to a food court, and after ordering, you will be given a call bell, which you often see in food courts, and you will be seated at a seat of your choice.
The cold drinks are self-serve, so I think it's a good idea to get them before you're called.
In less than 5 minutes, the bell rang and the service was available.
There were no chopsticks on the bowl when the food was served, and there were no chopsticks in the serving mouth. .
When I asked the staff, they told me that another store had chopsticks in the supply opening, so I would like them to take it from there.
I would like you to guide me from the beginning. .
You won't understand it at first glance. .
Let's take care of ourselves and eat.
Soba Noodles
The soba noodles didn't have that much texture, so I had the impression that they were just regular, thick soba noodles.
The flavor of soba is fragrant.
dipping sauce
The soup is thick and brings out the flavor of the meat.
Even though the soup was strong, it was strong enough to drink as is, so it might be a little thicker.
The beef is stewed tender and has just the right amount of fat, making it delicious.
The mitsuba leaves were a nice accent, so I think it would have been nice to have a little more.
Impressions
When I ate Minatoya and Minatoya Inspire, most of the soba noodles were chewy and chewy, and it felt like cold noodles.
I was wondering what it would be like to have regular soba instead of chewy soba, and I thought that regular soba would be better, and this restaurant seemed to embody my doubts.
In conclusion, the chewy soba noodles are better.
It was a cup that made me feel that Minatoya is complete.
Furthermore, from the point of view of Minatoya Inspire, there is no chili oil in the soup and no raw eggs or hot spring eggs are included, so the degree of reproduction as an Inspire is also low.
Even excluding the point of view of Minato-ya Inspired, if the price is close to 1,000 yen, I would like the quality or quantity of the soba noodles to be a little higher and the amount of beef etc. to be a little higher.
Soba Omori (Large Portion) is free. .
If this was standing soba and served as meat soba for 600 to 700 yen, I would be satisfied. .
It's nice to have a quick meal inside Nagatacho Station, but that's about it. .
At the time of writing this blog (September 2024), it appears to be undergoing renovations and is currently closed, but it is scheduled to open on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
Please be careful when visiting.
