Yakiton Hinata Ikebukuro West Exit
After enjoying a glass of whiskey at a whiskey bar in Ikebukuro, let's finish the meal.
I think I can still drink a little before finishing the meal, so I'm going to go eat some yakiton, which I've been addicted to lately.
So, ``Yakiton Hinata Ikebukuro West Exit” I decided to visit.

『Yakiton Hinata” is a local chain store with stores in Ikebukuro West Exit, East Exit, and other areas in Tokyo.

The Ikebukuro West Exit store is located right across the road from Exit C3 of Ikebukuro Station.
The store is on the 2nd floor, and there is a signboard on the 1st floor, so use that as a guide when you visit.
However, while you can find the signboard when heading towards Ikebukuro Station from the Kanamecho/Rikkyo side, it is easy to miss the signboard when heading in the opposite direction.
I visited on a Sunday around 18:30 and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Now let's have a drink.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) (780 yen)” I ordered.
The brand is Akahoshi, and it's a large bottle, so the price is reasonable.
Whiskey is delicious, but so is beer.
Amiraba
It took about 10 minutes from arriving at Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer) to arriving at Yakiton.
I could have ordered the speedy menu, but since I want to go to a few more places after this, I decided to focus on the yakiton only.
Since we were seated at the counter, we were served one grilled item at a time.
It's like counter yakitori where you're served one by one, and you get piping hot food, so I feel like I'm getting a little bit of a win.
First of all,Amiraba (280 yen)' has arrived.
You cannot choose the seasoning, and the restaurant will provide it to you.
This was served with sauce.
The liver is wrapped in net fat.
The liver has a crunchy texture and no odor, and the richness of the fat adds to it, giving it a unique taste.
Kashira
Next is “Kashira (180 yen)' has arrived.
It was seasoned salt.
The meat has a strong flavor and is delicious.
Harami
Next is “Harami (180 yen)' has arrived.
The seasoning was the sauce.
The meat has a strong flavor, and the fat and sauce match perfectly.
Nankotsu (Cartilage)
Next is “Nankotsu (180 yen)' has arrived.
The seasoning was salt.
The Nankotsu itself has a crunchy texture, and there is also a part that looks like a belly, so you can enjoy a variety of textures and flavors.
Do it
Next is “Shiro (180 yen)' has arrived.
The seasoning was the sauce.
It is a type with a strong umami flavor, and when you first bite into it, you can feel the impact of the sauce and fat and the umami overflows.
Teppo
At the end is ``Teppo (180 yen)' has arrived.
The flavor of the fat is strong and it melts the moment you put it in your mouth.
Impressions
The bill was Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer), 5 yakiton, and a seat fee of 110 yen, for a total of 2,070 yen.
The basic price for yakiton is 180 yen, and the rare parts are 280 yen, so I think it's relatively cheap.
I think the overall taste was delicious.
Many of the yakiton restaurants are long-established, but the interior is bright and the staff are young, so I think it's nice to have an atmosphere that makes it easy to enter.
Personally, I think it's a good store, although I don't think it's very cost-effective or has a long history, so it's hard to find in search results.
