Come to think of it, I haven't been to Butayama recently. .
So, early in the new year, the usual ``Ramen Butayama Tokyo Ramen Yokocho branch” Visit.

My last visit was in mid-September, and it is now early January 2025, so this is my first visit in about 4 months.
Jiro itself was announced last month in late December 2024 as ``Ramen Jiro Mita HontenIt's been about 2 weeks since I visited ``.

I visited around 16:30 on a holiday and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Sho Ramen (Small Ramen)
With the food ticket system, you must first purchase a food ticket and then stand in line.
However, there was no line that day, so a staff member came right away and guided us to our seats.
Many regular Butayama stores only accept cash, but since this store is located inside Tokyo Station, you can use credit cards, transportation ICs, various electronic money, and QR code payments.
This time, “Sho Ramen (Small Ramen) (950 yen)” was selected.
After waiting about 5 minutes, the rice bowl is served.
Cole is ``garlic oil” I asked.
Let's get it then.
Soup
Emulsification was progressing, perhaps because it was late in the evening.
The degree of emulsification of Butayama varies depending on the time of day, but even if it is emulsified, the soy sauce will still be effective.
However, on this day, the soy sauce was moderately effective, and the flavor of the oil and pork was strong.
It was good because it had a pork flavor that was quite similar to Jiro's, so it was a good success on this day.
Yasai Abra
The ratio of bean sprouts to cabbage is about 8:2.
Since the cabbage is firmly contained, you can also feel the sweetness of the vegetable itself.
And it's cooked so well that it cracks.
I like this look.
The oil was in chunks and there was some meat left in some places.
Abra salad, commonly known as abra salad, which is eaten with vegetable oil and abra, is delicious.
If you like, it is also delicious to make it a little darker by adding maple powder on the table.
Noodles
You can enjoy the same crispy texture with the extra-thick noodles.
The texture of the noodles and the degree of boiling are stable.
pig
The part is loin.
The pork usually has a soft texture, but on this day it was a little chewy and had a meaty texture.
Impressions
It was my first time eating pork in about 4 months, but it was a stable taste.
I got the impression that the food was on the upswing that day, and it tasted better than usual.
However, the one I ate two weeks agoRamen Jiro Mita Honten”, in terms of taste, the winner is Naoke Jiro.
I think the biggest difference is the soup.
Butayama is preceded by soy sauce, but at Naokei Jiro, you can also enjoy the flavor and richness of pork in addition to soy sauce, not only at the Mita main store.
I think the taste is directly from Jiro, but the location and waiting time make me think it's Butayama.
Butayama is located near Tokyo Station and other major stations in Tokyo, but I think it's a little difficult to access Jiro, except for Shinjuku, where you go to that station just to eat Jiro.
The waiting time at Nakkei Jiro (Mita main store) is over an hour, but at Butayama, the wait time is between 0 and 30 minutes, depending on the store and time of day.
『Ramen Butayama Tokyo Ramen Yokocho branch”, you can eat without lining up with a Fast Pass (SuiSui) for an additional 500 yen per person.
There is a difference in taste, but considering the location and the ease of waiting time, I think the difference is such that when I want to eat Jiro/Jiro type of food, Butayama is my first choice.I will be using Butayama again.
By the way, this was my 15th visit in total.
You can exchange your store visit points for 50 bowls (50 visits), so there's still a long way to go, but I'll continue to visit the store patiently in 2025.
