Ordering and Payment

How to order: Orally to the staff
How to pay: Cash only (pay later)

Ramen is the only thing on the menu, so when you enter the store, you'll be asked how hard it is.

All you are asked about is the firmness, but you can also select the firmness of the noodles, the amount of fat, and the amount of green onions, and you can customize it to your liking with a Jiro style call.

There are different hardness levels of noodles: raw, kata, normal, hard, and dung. Raw is what is called barikata, and dung is very soft.

You can also choose the amount of fat, and choose from solid, normal, or pear.

You can also choose the amount of green onions from a lot of green onions, regular green onions, or no green onions.

If the noodles are hard (raw) and have a lot of fat (solid), order "Betanama".

Normally you don't need to make a call, so if you only need a barikata, order "Nama".

Instructions on how to make the call are not posted inside the store, so you will need to research it in advance.

Noodle hardness: Raw, Kata, Normal, Yawa, Dung
Amount of fat: Solid, Normal, None
Amount of green onions: A lot, Normal, None

Ramen

This time, “Betakata” I asked.

In other words, the noodles are hard and have a lot of fat.

Within a minute of ordering, the rice bowl of "Ramen (500 yen)" arrived.

Let's get it then.

Soup

The flavor of tonkotsu is quite good, but it has a strong impression of being rich due to the high amount of fat.

By the way, there is no astragalus, so if you want to drink soup, you will have to put your mouth on the bowl.

Noodles

The noodles were boiled exactly as ordered, and had a chewy texture and a wheat taste.

Chashu (Braised Pork)

It's 500 yen ramen, but it's loaded with pork.

It has a roast pork-like flavor and a firm meaty texture.

Beni Shoga + Goma (Pickled Ginger + Sesame)

After eating about half of it, I started customizing it.

I added red ginger and sesame seeds that were on the table.

The pickled ginger adds a refreshing impression, and the sesame flavor adds a punch, making it a nice change of flavor.

Ramen Tare (Ramen Sauce)

There is a kettle on the table, and there is ramen sauce in it, so I'll add it when I'm done eating a little more.

When you add it, the salt concentration increases and this! It will taste like this.

I don't want you to take this in a negative way, but it has a slightly stronger taste when cup noodles are made with less hot water than the specified amount.

Impressions and Rating

Considering the possibility of going to the next store, I didn't ask for a replacement, and that's it.

It was delicious.

When it comes to Nagahama ramen, I tend to worry about the soup and tonkotsu being on the thin side, but this time I didn't mind the thinness.

Are you used to eating it? It may be that the flavor was strong. .

Is it cost performance?

I think it's just a bug that you can eat ramen for 500 yen in this day and age.

Please come visit us when you are having trouble finding ramen in Fukuoka.

I would also like to visit when I come to Fukuoka.

Overall: ★★★★★★★★☆☆ (8/10)
Taste: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆ (6/10)
Cost performance: ★★★★★★★★★★ (10/10)
Revisit: ★★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10)
