Kawaguchi Torachan Ramen

It's less than a 5-minute walk from JR Kawaguchi Station, and it's in a corner of the bar district, so I think it's a convenient location.
However, next door is the family ``Musashiya Kawaguchi store”, and in front of me was a Jiro-type “
Ramen Takanome Kawaguchi store”, and I think it is quite a ramen battleground.
I visited around 17:00, and although there were a few customers in the store, I was able to enter without waiting.
Chinese noodles + rice
There is a ticket system, and you buy it at the ticket machine outside the store before entering the store.
Only cash was accepted at the ticket machine.
When visiting a store for the first time, the most orthodox ``Chuka Soba (Chinese-Style Ramen)”, so as always, select “Chinese noodles (790 yen)” was selected.
Albirex Niigata wasn't a winner, but I thought about ordering some of my own sake, but I plan to drink as much as I can after this, so I'll hold off for now.

The rice bowl is served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.

Soup
You can really feel the richness of the pork and soy sauce.
There are some Chan-style restaurants where the soy sauce is thin and it tastes like salt ramen, but this one had a strong soy sauce and had the flavor I liked.
Noodles
The noodles are the usual Daruma noodles.
You can enjoy the chewy texture while chewing.
I like it firmer, so I would prefer a shorter boiling time, but it's still within an acceptable range.
Other Chan-kei noodles have flat noodles, but these were less flat and seemed more rounded like regular noodles.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The pork loin is roasted, and has a smooth texture that retains the flavor of the meat.
The size is also large, and the volume is what you would call chashu men at other restaurants other than Chan-kei.
Meshi
First of all, I am grateful that the rice is free.
It cooks evenly and I have no complaints.
I was also grateful that there was kappa (pickled cucumber) on the table, and that I could have as much as I wanted.
At the end, I like to stir in the cooked green onions and a little bit of the soup.
Impressions
『Kawaguchi Torachan Ramen'It was delicious.
The soup had a rich flavor from the pork and soy sauce, and both the noodles and chashu were delicious.
I was surprised that you can eat ramen and rice for only 790 yen.
The average price for Chankei in Tokyo is around 900 yen, which I think is cheap enough, but in Saitama it's 100 yen cheaper. .
Personally, I don't have much of a chance to visit Kawaguchi. .
It was delicious, so I would like to visit again, and next time I will try the tsukemen style ``Mori Chinese food (990 yen)” I would like to attack it.
