Ikebukuro Hirochan Ramen!
I was drinking in Ikebukuro today.
After drinking, it's natural to finish off with ramen.
There are many options, but the one I've been getting into lately is the Chan-kei ``Hiro-chan ramen!” I came to.
I visited at a healthy time around 21:00, and although there were a few customers in the store, I was able to enter without waiting.
Chinese noodles + white rice
This is my third visit.
The first time was ``Chinese noodles + white rice”, the second time is “Mori Chuka (Dipping Noodles)” I ordered.

The third time, return to the starting point and say ``Chinese noodles (900 yen)” and “White rice (150 yen)” was selected.
It's a meal ticket system, but I appreciate that you can use credit cards and various electronic money.
The rice bowl is served in about 5 minutes after handing over the ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
It has a good amount of pork flavor.
Other Chan-kei restaurants may have a weak soy sauce flavor, but this store has a strong soy sauce flavor.
Noodles
These are the usual Daruma Seimen noodles.
It had a smooth texture and was cooked just right.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
I get the impression that there were a lot of scraps or edges.
It has a strong flavor and is delicious.
It didn't give the impression of being dry, it was moist and crisp.
garlic
After eating, I just go home, take a bath, and go to bed without having to worry about bad breath, so I add garlic.
Located in Shinjuku Kabukicho.Ecchan ramenWhen I tried adding garlic in the recipe, I didn't feel it was necessary, and in fact, I felt it was better without it.

However, the soup at this store is made with pork and soy sauce, so garlic goes well with it.
If you don't have to worry about bad breath after this, we recommend adding garlic.
Shiro Meshi (White Rice)
I'm getting to the point where I have to cut back on carbs and carbohydrates, but I think Shiro Meshi (White Rice) is a must-have for those who are looking for a healthy diet.
Kappa (pickled cucumbers) is not on the table and is served by the staff when served.
My impression is that the doneness of the rice is average, not bad or bad.
You can eat it however you like, such as with chashu or with soup.
Impressions
It was still delicious.
I've eaten Chan-kei at various restaurants, but personally, I like the ones that have a strong soy sauce in their soup.
This store is conveniently located in the bar district of Ikebukuro, so it comes to mind as the first choice for finishing the meal.
It's open until 5 a.m., so lately I've been trying to go home quickly without having to drink too much, but the good thing about it is that you can finish off your meal even late at night.
The only drawback is that the inside of the store is extremely hot.
I tend to sweat more easily than other people, but when I eat I sweat so much that I get light sweat stains on my T-shirt.
The people around me were wiping their sweat as they ate, so I was wondering if you could turn up the air conditioning a little more. . ?
