Visit and Queue Information
Visit date: April 2026 weekdays
Queue: none
Crowd status:-
Seat: food court
The restaurant is located in a food court, so after ordering, you receive a call bell and wait at your seat.
Since it is the food court of LaLaport Toyosu, it seems to be crowded with families and shoppers.
It can be difficult to secure a seat during weekday lunchtimes and especially on weekends and holidays.
I think it's best to reserve a seat in advance and then place your order.

TOKYO Wadashi Shoyu Wantanmen (Tokyo-Style Japanese Dashi Soy Sauce Wonton Noodles)
This is my visit a few days after it opened on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
This time we will wait and see,TOKYO Wadashi Shoyu Wantanmen (Tokyo-Style Japanese Dashi Soy Sauce Wonton Noodles) (1,380 yen)” was selected.
There is also the default soy sauce ramen, but since it has Wantanmen (Wonton Noodles) in the store name, this time I chose the one with Wonton.
A little less than 10 minutes after placing your order, the call bell will ring and you will receive your Ramen.
So let's have it.
Soup
The soup is a Japanese-style soy sauce soup with flavors of bonito, kelp, and chicken.
At first, you can feel the knotty taste of bonito, followed by the flavor of kelp, and the richness of chicken in the aftertaste.
As for the chicken, it felt like the aroma and richness came from chicken oil rather than the soup stock.
The soy sauce has just the right amount of flavor, and the soup as a whole is easy to understand and delicious.
Considering it as a food court Ramen, it seems to be quite decent.
Noodles
The noodles are thick.
It is slightly hard when boiled, has a chewy texture immediately after being served, and has a strong wheat flavor.
At first, it seems like the noodles are a bit stiff, and the noodles stand out more than the soup.
However, towards the end of the season, the noodles gradually become softer and have a chewy texture.
Personally, I preferred the texture of this latter half.
You can feel the wheat in the hard state, and enjoy the chewy texture in the second half, so it will change over time.
However, it might be better to make it a little softer from the beginning.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The char siu is rare char siu.
It's unusual to see rare char siu served at Ramen in the food court.
Although it is quite thin, I think this is unavoidable considering the food court format.
The char siu itself is thin so it absorbs the heat of the soup easily.
As time passes, it will become similar to regular char siu, so if you want to enjoy the rare taste, it's best to eat it early.
I get the impression that the topping doesn't disrupt the overall balance, rather than the strong flavor of the meat.
Flavored egg
Flavored eggs are slightly hard and half-boiled.
The white meat has some color, but I get the impression that it doesn't have that much flavor.
Although the yolk was not half-cooked, it was just averagely satisfying as a flavored egg.
Personally, I don't think it's necessary as a topping.
Wantan (Wonton)
Wonton has a firm skin and texture.
The filling has a meaty texture and is satisfying to eat.
However, to put it in a bad way, it tastes like boiled dumplings.
Immediately after serving, the skin was a little hard, and I felt that it was more like a chewy texture than the chewy texture that you would expect from a dog.
Like the noodles, the impression changes as you soak up the soup in the second half.
I preferred the chewy texture after it softened a little.
The filling has a meaty texture, so I'm satisfied with Wantanmen (Wonton Noodles), but personally, I prefer the skin to be a little softer.
Impressions and Rating
『POPUP Ramen LaLaport Toyosu” of “Junmugi Wantanmen (Pure Wheat Wonton Noodles)”, it was delicious when viewed as Ramen in the food court.
The soup is made with bonito, kelp, chicken, and soy sauce, and the thick noodles are also satisfying.
The fact that it contains rare char siu and Wonton is also unusual for Ramen in a food court.
On the other hand, if you look at it as a Ramen specialty store, it gives you an average impression.
Of course, that doesn't mean it's not delicious.
However, if you were to ask me if I would go all the way to Toyosu just for this one cup, I don't think it would be that far.
My personal optimal solution doesn't require wanton or flavored eggs, so I use the ordinary ``Ramen (980 yen)I think it would be better to select ``.
However, considering the Toyosu area, most of the Ramen stores in Toyosu are chain stores, so it's a pretty good option.
I think it's enough to eat Ramen when you have something to do in Toyosu such as LaLaport Toyosu.
If you are interested, please remember this when you visit Toyosu.
