Strong Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen
This time, “Strong soy sauce pork bone ramen (1,000 yen)” I asked.
When ordering, you will be asked about the hardness of the noodles, the depth of the flavor, and the amount of oil.
Naturally “Harder, darker, more” was selected.
Your preference will be asked orally, so you will not be selecting it when ordering with the QR code.
The rice bowl arrived in about 3 minutes after ordering.
Let's get it then.
Soup
You can feel the punch of flavor of soy sauce and pork/tonkotsu.
The name is Strong, and it has an impactful flavor with a strong flavor and a lot of oil, as ordered.
There was a shock from the punch and impact as if I had actually been hit.
You might think of Iekei ramen because you can choose the soy sauce pork bone and the firmness of the noodles, but the taste is different from Iekei.
You can enjoy a 5:5 balance of soy sauce and pork bones, and as the name suggests, it gives the impression of being a soy sauce pork bone ramen.
I think it is also unique that it is topped with wood ear mushrooms.
Noodles
The noodles are medium thick.
This point can also be said to be similar to Iekei, but it has a different flavor from Iekei.
It was boiled exactly as ordered, firm and firm, with nice texture, and had a wheat flavor that rivaled the soup.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The part is loin.
This is a delicious char siu that has a firm texture and is not dry.
Impressions and Rating
Ramen Niki Shinbashi was delicious.
On this day, there was a whiskey tasting session starting at noon, so I ended up drinking quite a lot in a short amount of time.
My body craves salt after I finish drinking it, so as the name suggests, the strong flavor permeated my body and I couldn't help but drink it all.
As I was leaving, the clerk asked me if the flavor was too strong.
When I told them that it was perfect because they were finishing their drinks, they said that it was good because they made the drink darker to reach customers who were finishing their drinks.
It's open until late at night, so I think this ramen is the perfect way to end your drink.
I think it can be used not only after drinking, but also for lunch, with a normal flavor or with rice.
Of course, it could be darker.
The default menu is soy sauce pork bone or salt pork bone, and there seem to be other limited menus.
I would like to order salt next time, but I'm also concerned about the limited edition.
Recommended for both lunch and after drinks.
