I feel like eating something junky.
When it comes to junky things, I can list endless things like hamburgers, fried chicken, and pizza, and even now as I'm writing this I'm starting to feel like eating them, so I'll stop listing them here. .
Speaking of junky things, it's Jiro.
So, I decided to go eat Jiro.
But today is an unfortunate Sunday.
Normally I would be happy to have Sundays off from work, but many Jiro stores are closed on Sundays, so it's not a good day to go eat Jiro.
If that's the case, I'll go for the Jiro style and Jiro Inspired style.
So, what I did was the same thing I always do.Butayama Tokyo Ramen Yokocho branch”.
By the way, I visited last week as well.

I moved the lunch time and visited around 3:30 pm, so I was able to enter without lining up.
Butayama can also be crowded in some places, but the Tokyo Ramen Yokocho store is located near Tokyo Station, so the lines are relatively small because people are spread out among the various restaurants.
Of course, if you go during peak lunch or dinner hours, you'll likely have to wait 30 minutes, so it depends on the time of day.
Normally I would order Dai Ramen (Large Ramen), but today I feel like eating something junky.
So, the more junky “Shirunashi Dai (Large Brothless Ramen)” I ordered.
Cole is ``All better』。
By making it without soup, it is topped with egg yolk by default, but raw egg topping is a must.
The reason will be explained later.
Since there is no soup, we start with the noodles.
Since there is no soup, you can feel the texture even more.
Next, enjoy the abra salad.
Personally, I quite like Yasai, which has a bit of a Kuta feel to it.
Then, we will receive a pig.
It was a divine pork with a perfect balance of lean and fatty meat and a guinea-like texture.
Last week's pig was a bit of a loss, so I'm really happy.
Once you have tasted each, mix them thoroughly.
Coarsely ground black pepper is included in the sauce by default, and fried garlic makes it even more junky.
However, personally, I felt that the pepper was too strong and bothered me.
I think this is more a matter of taste than Butayama's fault.
Without soup, the flavor becomes strong in the second half, and you may get tired of the taste.
This is where raw eggs come into play.
By eating it sukiyaki-style, the junkiness will be mild and your palate will be reset.
You can customize it with the seasonings on the table, and eat it until you finish it.
Thank you for the meal.
If you're looking for a junky experience, I'd say no soup, and if you're looking for balance, I'd go for ramen.
I'm a junky enough to eat ramen though.
And if it's a change of pace, it's probably something like the limited-time menu Misoyama (Miso Ramen), Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), or hiyashi chuka.
Butayama is a place that you can surprisingly enjoy throughout the year.
This is my second visit to Butayama this year (Tokyo Ramen Yokocho store: 2 times), and my 8th visit in total since I started measuring stamps using an app.
My personal goal is to go 50 times this year or next and be able to exchange them for donburi.
