Visit and Queue Information
Date of visit: Sunday, November 2025
Visiting time: Around 19:00
Queue: none
Crowd status: Approximately 70-80% of the store is occupied
Seat: counter seat
My impression is that about half of the customers are from overseas.
The people from overseas were not noisy and I didn't feel they had bad manners.
In fact, I felt it was noisier than the large group of Japanese people who came after the drinking party when they were leaving the restaurant. .
Hidakaya would be fine, but a ramen restaurant like this would only have two people at most. .
Ordering and Payment
Payment methods: cash, credit card, various electronic money, QR code
Menu
I only photographed the ramen menu.
The lineup is basically soy sauce and salt, and what toppings you want.
Toppings include chashu pork, Ajitama (Seasoned Egg), extra backfat, and a large serving of noodles.
Tokusei Ramen (Special Ramen) (soy sauce)
When I visit a restaurant for the first time, I often choose salt, but this time I was looking for more salt and flavor after finishing my drink, so I thought,Tokusei Ramen (Special Ramen) (soy sauce) 1,600 yen” was selected.
By making it special, the amount of chashu is increased from 40g to 60g, and Ajitama (Seasoned Egg) is added.
Because the person in front of me was cooking, the rice bowl arrived about 10 minutes after I handed over my ticket.
Let's get it then.
Soup
I think the back fat has a big influence, but I can definitely feel the flavor of the pork.
You can also feel the richness and flavor of the kelp and soy sauce.
At the end of the drink, I think it has just the right amount of salt and is rich but not too heavy.
However, I think it's at a level where you feel it's quite strong unless you finish drinking it.
Does it simply have a lot of salt, or does it have a lot of chemical seasonings? . !?
Noodles
The noodles are thin straight noodles.
You can feel the crisp and crisp texture and the flavor of barley.
It goes well with soup.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
I think the part is the loin.
It has a creamy texture.
Since it is cold when served, it seems best to warm it up with soup before eating.
Flavored egg
It has a slightly smoky impression, probably because it has been smoked.
Although the yolk is half-boiled, it is also cold, so it seems best to warm it up with some soup before eating.
Impressions and Rating
TON BOX was average overall.
It's not that it's bad, but it didn't feel like it had any impression or impact.
It's fine if you're visiting the area or just finishing up a drink in the area, but I don't think you should go out of your way to come here for the purpose.
That said, there are very few ramen restaurants in Ginza, Hibiya, and Yurakucho areas, apart from chain stores, so it's valuable, and the fact that it's open on Sundays is also valuable, so I hope it stays open for a long time.
