Bin Beeru + Otsumami Chashu + Shoyu Ramen
On this day, I ate "Ramen Jiro Sagami-Ono" for lunch and had one drink at night, so I was pretty full at this point.

However, since I have come all the way to Hon-Atsugi, I would like to visit a few more places.
It was already past 10:30 pm, and more and more restaurants were closing down, so there were fewer options, so I decided to have my final bowl of ramen as soon as possible.
Nights in Hon-Atsugi may be surprisingly early except for chain stores...
This time, “Bottled beer (700 yen)』、『Char siu snack (500 yen)』、『Chicken dried sardines ramen with soy sauce (1,100 yen)』、『Flavored egg (120 yen)” I ordered.
So let's have it.
Bin Beeru (Bottled Beer)
First of all,Bottled beer (700 yen)".
Great when the glass is cold.
Of course, the bottle of beer itself is important, but you'll be more satisfied if the glass is chilled.
I've already been drinking beer that day, but drinking bottled beer in a cold glass is still delicious.
Otsumami Chashu (Chashu Appetizer)
Next, ``Char siu snack (500 yen)”.
Pork pork pork.
There is a firm sense of flesh.
There is no dryness.
The temperature is low and it's thick, so it's quite filling.
It's a solid snack, and I'm hungry at this point.
This was my mistake...
Soup
『Chicken dried sardines ramen with soy sauce (1,100 yen)”.
The bowl of beer arrived about 5 minutes after the beer arrived.
First, let's start with the soup.
Chicken and dried sardines soup.
At first when the temperature is high, you can feel the chicken.
I have the impression that in the latter half of the season when the temperature gets lower, it becomes easier to feel dried-out sardines.
A soup that combines the mellowness of chicken with the flavor of dried sardines.
Contains onions.
It is often seen in niboshi-based ramen, but it may not be necessary in terms of texture and taste.
I didn't think it was that good, maybe it was the compatibility with the chicken part.
You can also receive items with strange tastes.
Adding ginger makes it refreshing.
Adding shiitake mushrooms will enhance the flavor.
Noodles
The noodles are chewy.
It's filling.
These noodles really capture the flavor of the chicken and dried sardines in the soup.
Rather than eating lightly with thin noodles, the noodles themselves have a presence.
Considering it as a finale for the night, it's more filling than I expected.
I think you'll enjoy it more if you have plenty of room in your stomach.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The char siu of the ramen is also pork char siu, just like the char siu appetizer I mentioned earlier.
The impression here is quite different since it is warmed by soup.
Absolutely, the higher the temperature the better.
It will be melty and juicy.
The chashu appetizer was not bad, but I personally prefer it in the ramen bowl.
Flavored egg
『Flavored egg (120 yen)”.
Branded iron.
The egg yolk is rich and the flavor is strong.
This is a must topping.
The overall satisfaction level of the ramen will increase.
I think it would be better to add this flavored egg for 120 yen.
Impressions and Rating
It's interesting how the impression of chicken and dried sardine soup changes depending on the temperature.
The taste balls were pretty good.
It also comes with a branding iron, and the egg yolk is rich and flavorful, so personally, it's a must-top.
On the other hand, this is completely my mistake, but I may not have needed the chashu appetizer due to my stomach condition.
After drinking Jiro for lunch and one at night, the ramen with the chashu appetizer was a little too much.
Even considering the fact that I ate too much, I felt that the ramen was quite filling for a nighttime meal, so I think it would be better to eat it during the day.
It's delicious though.
This time I received soy sauce, but they also have salt.
Considering the state of my stomach and the time of day, salt might have been better.
Next time I'll be a little more hungry and want to try salt as well.
