Located on the basement floor of Tokyo Transportation Hall in Yurakucho.Noodle shop Hyottoko” I visited.
The situation at the time of my last visit was ``here』

This is a shop that I have introduced several times on this blog.
I visited on this day around 14:00 on a weekday.
Even around 14:00, there were 7 people waiting, and the rice bowl arrived in about 20 minutes.
The line gets longer during peak lunch hours, so office workers should be careful.
Although it is closed on Sundays and public holidays and is open on Saturdays, it is a popular restaurant with long lines even on weekdays.
In the past, I had the impression that there were a lot of foreign tourists from Asia, but recently the number of foreign tourists from Europe and America seems to be increasing.
As a result, I feel that the turnover rate has decreased somewhat.
For that reason, I think it's a store that is difficult to visit unless it's a weekday.
There are only a few seats available, and each person is guided to an available seat one by one.
Even if two or more people visit, the seats may be spread out, so it feels more like a restaurant where you can eat quickly by yourself rather than a place where multiple people can eat slowly.

Menu

The menu is Wafu Ramen (Japanese-Style Ramen), and other toppings include yuzu and grilled pork.
『Willow noodles” is “Ramen” It seems to read.
Wafu Ramen (Japanese-Style Ramen) 780 yen
This time, “Wafu Ramen (Japanese-Style Ramen) (780 yen)” was selected.
So let's have it.
Soup
First, let's start with the soup.
It has the taste of Japanese chicken and bonito soup stock.
As you can see, it has a very light and gentle taste.
It's great as a finishing touch after a quick drink, and it also tastes great on a hungover morning.
The last few times I've had it, I've had a strong impression of the bonito-based soup stock.
It has a light and gentle taste, but the flavor of the soup stock is strong.
It contains mitsuba, which refreshes your palate mid-way through.
Noodles
The noodles are thin straight noodles.
It has a crunchy texture.
It's a light soup, so it goes well with thin noodles.
Rather than the noodles being particularly strong on their own, I think they are the type of noodles that can be enjoyed together with the soup.
By pairing the thin noodles with the gentle soup, you can enjoy the meal.
Chashu (Braised Pork)
The soup is light and has a gentle taste, but the chashu is ferocious.
You can really feel the flesh.
It has a strong presence among the plain ramen.
It's not too fatty and has a good balance with the soup.
Speaking of Menya Hyottoko, this char siu also leaves a strong impression.
Mitsuba/flavored egg
Half of the flavored eggs are included.
I'm just grateful that you can get half of it for 780 yen.
Impressions and Rating
Yurakucho has “Noodle shop Hyottoko” and “Wafu Ramen (Japanese-Style Ramen) (780 yen)” I received it.
It's a stable taste.
With a light Japanese-style soup, thin noodles, and a large piece of chashu, you can eat it over and over again.
It's not fancy, but it has a charm that makes you want to eat it regularly.
Ramen is often associated with rich soups and impactful bowls, but this one has a gentler flavor and leaves you feeling satisfied after eating.
It's close to Yurakucho Station and located inside the Transportation Center, so it's easy to access.
However, there are some hurdles in that popular stores tend to have long lines and are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
I think there will be even more lines during peak lunch hours, so it's a good idea to visit with plenty of time to spare.
If you have a chance to go to the Yurakucho area on weekdays, this is a shop you'll want to visit again.
