Ginza Kagari Echika Ikebukuro
Today I've been drinking whiskey since noon in Ikebukuro, and when I finish drinking it, it's natural to finish off with ramen.
So, this time, ``Ginza Kagari Echika Ikebukuro” I decided to visit.

As the name suggests, the main store is located in Ginza, but there are also stores in Otemachi, Roppongi, Ikebukuro, etc.
The store is located in the basement of Ikebukuro Station, near exit C6 near the Fukutoshin Line platform.
Previously visited 'Stand-up Midori Echika Ikebukuro” is next to.

I visited around 17:00 and was able to enter the store without waiting.
Tori Paitan Soba (Creamy Chicken Soba)
The meal ticket system is completely cashless.
Please note that cash is not accepted.
This time, we will introduce the most standard ``Tori Paitan Soba (Creamy Chicken Soba) (1,280 yen)” was selected.
The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes.
Let's get it then.
Soup
I can really feel the flavor and flavor of chicken bones.
It's so strong that when you slurp noodles, if you let air in with it, you'll even notice a slight odor.
The soup is thick and sticky and feels like potage.
In other words, I would say it's a slightly less concentrated product.
Noodles
Straight noodles with a firm texture.
The texture was impressive and I could really feel the wheat flavor.
I think it goes well with the soup as it is well mixed with the soup.
chicken char siu
Although the chicken breast chashu was cooked at a low temperature, it felt a little dry.
It's at the level of cooking in a home low-temperature cooker, or even lower.
vegetables
It has zucchini, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, bamboo shoots, and mitsuba leaves (I wonder...?) on top.
The only thing that impressed me was that the bamboo shoots were sweet and had a good texture, but the rest were just extras, or maybe they were just for coloring.
Taste strange (fried onion/ginger)
When you take a seat, you will be offered fried onions and ginger with a different taste.
Fried onions have a junky feel, so they are closer to Tenkaichippin.
It's better to add ginger liberally, as it eliminates the smell of ginger rather than adding an accent.
Impressions
To put it simply, it is an elegant, top-of-the-line product.
I think the soup is delicious with the chicken bones coming out well, the richness of the soup like potage, and the springiness of the noodles.
If I had to point out a negative point, I would like the chicken chashu to be more moist.
I think you can make it a little better with a home low-temperature cooker.
A bowl of ramen is priced at 1,280 yen, so I felt like they should pay more attention to the toppings because they would pay for that asking price.
Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) Yamazesoba is also available, so I would like to order that next time, but unfortunately there is no one in Ikebukuro.Tenkaichippin” There is. .
If it's Tenka Ippin,Buta Kimchi Teishoku (Pork Kimchi Set Meal) (rich/pork kimchi/small rice)” for 1,240 yen, so I personally would probably go to Tenkaippin without visiting again. .
